Title: Great Product! It definitely detoxifies the body!
Review: I love this product. It can be used as two separate items or as one, like a sleeping bag offering full body coverage. I actually use the extended part( meant for the head, for my face. I place a tall glass just under my collar bone to create space around my face. There are clips around the perimeter to easily attach or detach the two mats. I have a book on red light therapy and this meets the requirements. It is best ( if used for weight loss) to exercise right afterwards. And to drink plenty of water before and afterwards. The first time I used it I lay in in a full 30 minutes. It really detoxifies you ( show me it definitely does what it is meant to.) I was fatigued, but I also was working out at the gym and using the dry sauna there. So now I use one.. or the other.It is also best to use while nude. The author of a popular red light therapy and book has a Q&A section and it was asked if one wears clothing if the light penetrates. He said if it is a material that light easily passes through, but direct access to skin is ideal. It is so relaxing I usually fall asleep.Also you don’t need an LED face mask if you have this bc it covers head to toe.I am med build 5’8” and it fits me perfectly.I am very happy with my purchase & the product performance. It is also very easy to use.

Title: Excellent red light product!
Review: This red light therapy mat is wonderful. I use it about 4 times a week for 30 minutes when I first wake up. It’s so relaxing, gives me better sleep and offers pain relief my skin is so soft! It’s easy to set up and use with several levels of brightness/strobe, I can customize my session. The blackout glasses that come with it work well. I love it and recommend it highly!

Review: we love this Mat, we use it almost daily with two persons half an hour each. The heat is very soothing and my Partners surgery scar is healing super fast, my skin is getting nice. We both have Back problems and it helps with the pain also. I recommend keeping it in a place ready to use , like a guest room. We have it on a Bed and there are no problems with that surface.

Title: Great product
Review: I purchased this item over a month ago I use it at least four times a week. I noticed my dark spots look a little bit lighter. My skin looks a little more healthy like it has a glow to it. A strange thing I didn’t think would happen. I am getting the best night sleep ever and I know that has to do with this product because when I don’t use it, I don’t sleep as good I would definitely recommend this product. I’ve been telling all my friends. I keep mine on the recliner and sit there and watch TV while I use it.

Review: The material is softer and more comfortable than other red light mats I’ve tried. And the hardware is sturdier. The place where the wires enter the pads is protected and reinforced. This product feels like it is better made and will last longer than any I’ve tried before. I love the convenience of covering my whole body at once with red light. It’s very soothing to wrap up and relax. This is a purchase I’m very happy with.

Title: Yes, it’s worth it
Review: I’ve been using this mat and cover several times a week for a few months now. I’ve definitely noticed benefits on workout recovery and skin tone. I do not know much about the science behind it, but jumped in on the hype bandwagon based on several podcasts I listen to. What I can say is that overall, money spent on red light therapy has produced tangible results where money I’ve spent on supplements has not.

Title: Conventient and helps improve your health
Review: Definitely the future of medicine and wellness. This is like the precursor to the “Med beds” in science fiction movies. The blanket is two separate red light therapy blankets that can be attached together to help cover your whole body. Super easy to put together and take apart. Really, it should be used daily as a general wellness routine. I put it in a spare room in my home and now any of my family members can use it when needed. My father injured his back recently and used this and felt much better. The only downside is convincing people to continue using it as once people no longer feel any pain, they think they’re cured. The future of health is constant upkeep of your body. Preventative care, rather than emergency care.

Review: This mat is fantastic. It is easy to use, the quality seems top notch, and light feels great. I love the adjustable controls and that it can be taken apart, splitting easily into two mats.
