Review: Got lucky with these being a nice color match and size to fit above the coffee bar! Nice quality and love the chunky look. They aren’t excessively heavier than what they need to be and they were a breeze to install!

Title: So good I bought twice
Review: I have cherry wood through my house and needed a warm wood to match. These shelves were perfect and so easy to install. If you’re installing into sheetrock with no stud, you’ll want to purchase your own wall anchors. The ones that come with this are for concrete and did not work. I found the type of wall anchor at lowes that you screw in were the best! I now have the shelves in both bathrooms.

Title: Bad mounting instructions
Review: DO NOT BUY unless you throw out the included mounting screws and anchors and get appropriate anchors and screws for for mounting before you drill holes and try to make it work. The shelves are OK but needlessly frustrating and time consuming to mount. The description of easy to mount is misleading.

Title: Pretty shelves, useless hardware
Review: Shelves themselves are pretty, but the mounting hardware included is totally useless. “Drywall” anchors are masonry anchors. Screws are too long for the anchors. One of the screw heads snapped off when screwing directly into a stud. Buy your own mounting hardware. Other than that, when mounted properly they work, but was very frustrating and would not work for someone who doesn’t know the difference. This appears to be a common complaint.

Review: Shelve looks good and solid. I had 2 shelves and only installed one yet and the screw hole doesn’t align on the bracket. I used silicon and it feels sturdy , works for me .

Title: Excellent customer service
Review: I purchased the weathered white shelves, 24 in. The only reason I can not rate this as 5 stars is due to the fact that 3 of 4 shelves arrived with multiple defects that will need painting to hide. The defects have been filled with spackling but the stark white color stands out. It is truly a shame because otherwise the shelves are very attractive. May, the seller, is amazing. When my first 2 shelves arrived I contacted her requesting advice on what to do about the one with defects. She promptly responded and offered to send me another set, free of charge! These arrived within a few days, but both also have unsightly defects. I plan to just touch them up though because I love them so much! Thank you May!
