Review: impressive laptop with amd and ryzen, with very sharp graphics. good price, Mallrace web site is impressive, notes 12 month support. too band that a Mallrace support person not accessible on chat of call for help on config issue, and the site’s email entry for company email notices and stuff was not working.

Title: Good Study(gaming) laptop
Review: This laptop is amazing! It came with nice packing. Metal body design is really cool. Don’t know if I am wrong, but I do notice that the internet speed, app running speed are better than my own broken laptop. The graphic quality is way better as well. It has dual cooling fans on the bottom allows quick cool down. It makes my gaming and streaming experience a lot better than before.The battery actually last pretty long, did not really time it. But for me to do some outdoors study and watching videos. And you probably cannot believe it is this thin gaming computer which is equipped with webcam x 1, USB 3.2 x 2, USB 2.0 x 1, HDMI x 1, Type-C (full functionality) x 1, 3.5mm audio/microphone x 1, SD card holder x 1, and Type-C DC jack x 1.The description it says it has unlimited technical support and 12 months of repair for us. Will see how it goes. So far I don’t have any problem playing this laptop. And I am really satisfied with it.

Under “Processor Information,” the listing on Amazon claimed a CPU Model Speed Maximum of 4.9 GHz, but AMD’s documentation confirms this model only boosts up to 4.7 GHz. That higher figure likely refers to a different, more advanced Ryzen 9 CPU, which added to my concerns about listing accuracy and overall product quality.I also received a unit branded as AceMagic rather than MallRace, as listed. That mismatch prompted the deeper dive to verify whether I’d actually received the product I paid for. In the end, the hardware appears to match the advertised specs and performs exceptionally well for the price, which felt almost too good to be true and fueled much of my initial skepticism. Still, the inconsistencies around branding and processor specifications raise concerns about long-term reliability and erode my trust, ultimately leading to my lowered rating.While buyers should be aware that the advertised specs and branding may not perfectly reflect what arrives, the system I received has delivered reliable performance and solid value so far.

Review: Piece of junk. Keeps blue screening and restarting. I started the return process but obviously want to reset it before returning it so none of my information is compromised. But of course the reset keeps failing. Don’t buy this
