Title: Effective and Extremely Easy to Use – Great Product
Review: The Bestqool Redot M Red Light Therapy unit and the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt have both exceeded my expectations. I have been doing red light therapy for about a year now, but have always found it challenging to find the time to do it regularly because of the set up involved and needing to go to the space where my other units are located. These units make it so much easier to use anywhere and when I’m done, I can just roll them up and store them away. Because of the flexibility, I can use them easily while sitting in the couch watching television or listening to music, or even while I’m at the kitchen table eating dinner. Behind the ease of use, they actually work! I mainly use the Redot M unit on my back and I use the Therapy Belt everywhere else. The therapy belt can wrap around problem areas on my legs, arms, and even core section. Each unit has several modes to help you accomplish your goals. I’ve primarily used them for pain relief and reducing inflammation and have very positive results for both. There is a noticeable warmth that is comfortable and in combination with the infrared light’s deep penetration, I get daily relief in the areas I use them. I would strongly recommend the Bestqool Redot M and/or the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Belt. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchases.

Title: Great for pain easement
Review: Design works very well for placement around the back chest shoulders and leg area. It’s lightweight and very durable. It does help with relaxing muscles and easing the pain of every day use of muscles and joints. It’s not a cure all though. It’s made just for therapeutic relief.

Title: Highly Recommend Bestqool Red Light for pain relief and more.
Review: Red light therapy for the win!!! I have a couple Bestqool panels but this belt gives me freedom from pain on the go! It works wonderfully. It comes with two different power options and several settings including intensity, duration and pulse options. I seem to use the USB option the most. I typically keep it in my car and use it when driving after a workout, or take it up to my desk at work and plug into my computer or a battery pack making it even more mobile. I love that it is so pliable and mobile!I gave it a couple of months of use before writing this reveiw. Pain is subjective so all I can say is it has worked for that. I have genuinely experienced marked improvement in sleep, energy and mood too. I tend to scar easily and they remain ugly red or dark in color. Using the red light has provided noticeable change and some of the scars have all but vanished. You would really have to look hard to see them. I love that!Lastly, I have a 14 yr old German Shepherd. I have used it on her back legs and hips as she has achy joints. It keeps us from having to medicate her and she appears to both enjoy the sessions and have relief.The belt is well made and works as intended or advertised. I love the expected and unexpected results so far. I would highly recommend.

Title: A heaLing pad, better than a heaTing pad
Review: Pros: Heats like a heating pad. Heals lots of different problems. Comes in different sizes. Instructions on U-Tube for all the uses and timing of red light therapy and safety. Also, if you are like me, search deeper for medical journal articles and find all the uses red light therapy is being used to treat. National Institute of Health (NIH) has information on red and infrared light treatment.What it did: still healing (3 weeks) a rash on my back that creams (1 year) aren’t helping. Healing a 1.5 inch by .5 inch hard area under the skin on my shin,in 3 weeks it is now 0.5x 0.4” and difficult to find. It feels softer in fact. It has been there since my car accident 3 years ago. Pad has a multi choice timer and it allows you to choose the pulse level you can tolerate because P4 and P5 is strong! Yes I’d buy it again!!CONS: plastic stinks for about 48 hours. It’s a lot heavier than a heating pad ( the big mat). It’s stiff and hard to maneuver the larger the mat is. No creams or serums. The light cannot penetrate creams or lotions. Nor clothing!Addendum:I just received my second pad and I’m anxious to use it with the first pad, after the smell goes away, 24 hours probably.This time I copied the number off the box and completed the QR code for warranty & WhatsApp.For my convenience I added Velcro straps to roll the pad closed after I use it. The plastic does soften with use. But I still stick to it.The fibroid in my right shin feels softer and 1/2 the size. I use the pad every night along with my facial/neck mask and listen to meditation sleep stories on the Calm App. I do sleep better and awaken once or twice compared to 4 to 5 times before receiving and using the pads. And when I awaken, I’m back to sleep within seconds.I am so glad I ordered these pads.

Title: Made Well & Clear Instructions
Review: I just got it and so far it’s great! I’ve been using it on my belly and back. I’ve noticed my lower back pain isn’t as intense and my belly feels tighter. The belt is comfortable, has a pocket built in for holding a portable charging device, and comes with an a/c adapter if you’ll be stationary while wearing it. The settings are straightforward, and the instructions are COMPLETE! They are detailed, grammatically correct, and include a little bit of research to look into. Also included in the instructions are ways to tell which is red light and which is the NIR light. The packaging was professional and looked nice. The light band itself is enclosed with a zipper so you can move it our of the way for handwashing. I’ll try to update my review after a few weeks/months of using it to see if the results continue. (I’m currently looking to lose about 15 pounds gained over the winter and my low back has been an issue since pregnancy.)

Review: I suffer from chronic back pain, following herniated disc surgery. This device works very well to alleviate the pain. It also relaxes the back muscles a lot, I am much less stiff.The device has a power cord with an adapter, so you will need a socket nearby. It doesn’t work on batteries. I bought a 20.000 mAh powerbank separately (not included), in order to be able to move through my house with the belt on freely.The device comes with a cord which fits into a powerbank. The device also has a ‘pocket’ in which you can place the powerbank.The material is very pleasant, it feels nice against the skin.I am very pleased with the device, it makes a real difference.

Review: I bought a Redot M and loved it so much that I bought two Redot L to have my own full-body red light therapy mat. They come with a cable to connect both so that you only have to use one plug.Before my purchase, I did some research on this specialized American brand. It’s a reliable manufacturer that only produces red light therapy devices, which sets it apart from Chinese manufacturers who also manufacture other products.Even though I know that red light therapy brings results long term, I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I’m already noticing changes. I feel lighter and digest better, my sleep has improved, and my muscles feel more relaxed overall. The mat emits a very pleasant heat that contributes to this feeling of relaxation.It comes with a very informative and detailed instruction manual which includes recommended usage.

Review: Ich beschäftige mich schon länger mit dem Thema Rotlichttherapie, und meine Wahl ist aufgrund der Flexibilität auf das Bestqool Redot M gefallen. Mit der Qualität des Gerätes und auch mit Bestqool als Firma bin ich zufrieden. Die machen soweit ich das beurteilen kann gute Produkte, und ich hab mit anderen Geräten von denen schon längerfristig positive Effekte gesehen.Ich versuche, mir so ein bisschen die Top-Wellness-Routinen von Leuten wie Bryan Johnson abzugucken, und ich hoffe, dass ich mit der Zeit ähnliche Vorteile sehe. Ich hab mir mal die Mühe gemacht und ein bisschen gerechnet, um die optimale Anwendungsdauer für das Gerät rauszufinden. Und das kam dabei raus:Ich hab gelesen, dass Bryan Johnson wohl so um die 60 Joule pro Quadratzentimeter (J/cm²) anpeilt. Da die Matte direkt auf der Haut aufliegt muss ich mir zumindest keine Gedanken darüber machen, was der optimale Abstand wäre.Mein Bestqool Redot M hat laut Anleitung eine Bestrahlungsstärke von 45 Milliwatt pro Quadratzentimeter (mW/cm²).Also hab ich folgende Formel benutzt: Zeit (in Sekunden) = Dosis (in J/cm²) / Bestrahlungsstärke (in mW/cm²) * 1000.Die Zahlen eingesetzt: Zeit = 60 J/cm² / 45 mW/cm² * 1000 = 1333,33 Sekunden.Um das in Minuten umzurechnen: 1333,33 Sekunden / 60 Sekunden pro Minute = ungefähr 22,22 Minuten.Das heißt, um auf die gleiche Dosis wie Bryan Johnson (60 J/cm²) zu kommen, nutze ich mein Bestqool Redot M jetzt ungefähr 22 Minuten und 13 Sekunden am Tag.Da ich Probleme mit meinen Achillessehnen habe ist das auch mein primärer Anwendungsbereich. Die entstehende wärme empfinde ich als sehr angenehmDadurch, dass ich weiß, wie stark das Gerät strahlt, hab ich jetzt echt die Kontrolle über meine Rotlicht-Sessions. Review: Estuve haciendo averiguaciones sobre esta marca americana especializada antes de decidirme a comprar este cinturón/esterilla. Se trata de un fabricante fiable que sólo produce aparatos de terapia de luz roja, lo cual la diferencia de los fabricantes chinos que tan pronto fabrican o comercializan una esterilla de LED como una licuadora. Además, el producto viene con un manual de instrucciones y usos recomendados muy informativo y detallado.Llevo usando la esterilla sólo una semana y ya noto cambios en mi abdomen, me siento más ligera y digiero mejor, y he bajado un kilo a pesar de no estar haciendo ejercicio actualmente y que no he variado mi dieta. También lo aplico en la espalda y me quita el dolor de cuello y las contracturas del trapecio. El panel emite un calor muy agradable que ayuda a esta sensación de relajación y el tamaño M es lo suficientemente versátil como para aplicarlo en diferentes partes del cuerpo.
