Title: Coffee at the BBQ
Review: Used this at a charity BBQ. Really great to own one of these finally. Renting one from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf runs about $70. When I found this out, I figured I would just buy one and make the coffee myself. Turned out really well. This will end up paying for itself several times over again. Easy to clean. Keeps the coffee very hot. Made the coffee at 6:30 a.m. and it was still hot at the last cup taken at 6:30 p.m. I will probably need at least two more. One for hot water and the other for Decaf.

Title: Great for outdoor events
Review: Works great. We preheat the containers with 180 degree water and let sit for 10 minutes. After pre-heating, we can remove water and fill with coffee or hot chocolate and it will stay warm for 4+ hours. Used at a football game to sell hot drinks and people commented how they loved getting hot drinks in the 4th quarter. Outside temperature was in the 40s.

Review: Update: works nicely as a cooler too! Plus drain any water easily with spout. Even though it’s just the 2.5 gallon, fit two 8 packs ice included!I talked to my friends and family about this product so much that everyone wants one, so I broke down and bought one for myself. 😂 I like the brown because it looks more natural and fits my aesthetic. Also, it’s designed for commercial kitchens so I figured its something I can use long-term.Even the 2.5-gallon is heavy-duty. Cannot wait to take this to our pool and have iced tea for hours.I’ll give an update on performance after I try it. So far, the seal seems next level (see video). The edges are rounded, so it should be a breeze to rinse out. I really need this in this heat, and I don’t want to trudge back in and out of the house for refills.If all goes well, I’ll probably buy one for my friends who often host big pool parties, and puddles end up in their kitchen from everyone coming in and out.

Review: I purchase a used unit so they may have been the issue but mine had a small sealing issue up top. Otherwise great to keep stuff at temp. We used ours for coffee and it stayed hot for hours !

Title: Product okay, shipping sucked.
Review: Ordered this item on 11/16/17, got free 2 day shipping with Prime membership, item didn’t arrive until 11/24/17. It didn’t ship out until 3 days after it was ordered. Shipped in a single walled cardboard box so be prepared for damage. As far as the product, it is okay. Be aware that the spigot is not very high. We used 12 ounce cups and with the dispenser sitting on a table, you had to tilt the cup to get it out from under the spigot. It also dripped after filling cup so having one of those drip catchers would make it impossible to get the cup out without spilling a bunch. The design makes it impossible to pull out past the edge of a flat surface to avoid this issue. We will have to build some sort of block system to raise it up. It did keep the hot chocolate luke warm for 4-6 hours in 35 degree weather.
