Title: Very powerful
Review: This cordless vacuum has completely changed how I clean my home. Right out of the box, the setup was quick and easy. The 2600mAh rechargeable battery offers solid runtime-enough to vacuum multiple rooms on a single charge. I also like that the battery is detachable, which makes charging more convenient and opens the door for getting a spare.The vacuum is lightweight and very easy to maneuver, making it perfect for quick cleanups and daily use. I especially appreciate the two suction modes, which allow me to switch between low power for hardwood and high power for rugs or pet hair. The suction is surprisingly powerful for such a compact vacuum.The built-in LED light on the front of the vacuum head is a great feature. It helps illuminate dust and debris under furniture and in dark corners that I would normally miss. Title: Won’t charge
Review: UPDATE JULY 20 ZERO STARS SELLER/AMAZONHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH RETURN. I dropped it off at UPS 7/8 and “someone” received it 7/11.Refund should be over $126 but it says delayed even though I packed it up as received in plastic and secured the package with Gorilla tape. I called Amazon yesterday and they said they hadn’t gotten it from the seller! I bought it from Amazon. The rep said it could take 30ndays to get my $126 refund. I am so upset I may cancel my Prime membership. I have never had an issue like this with Amazon before, esp since all I want is a refund to my Amazon account.I am having the same problem as others have reported. After assembling the V12 cordless vacuum I followed all the instructions, which said a light would start appearing during charging. I’ve had it plugged in for over an hour and not even the faintest light has appeared. This may well be a good vacuum cleaner, but not if I have to keep it plugged into a socket. I returned it and bought a slight heavier Bissell from Walmart, which was hardier to assemble but boy does it pick up fur and dirt unlike the one I had before this (returned )vacuum.

Review: Absolutely Love this!! It picks up all the pet hair…works brilliantly on my hardwood floors and is so lightweight that it doesn’t even feel like a chore! It’s maneuverability is a sheer joy.  The battery is wholly sufficient the choice of a high power setting is perfection for those times you need a quick boost. I will never not have one of these. It was too difficult to get the battery charger to attach .I never was able to turn it on.I tri d to call the company for help..they have no Internet presence nor a phone number. I don’t want to be saddled with a product with no way to contact the manufacturer other than email.

Title: Handle is too short!
Review: This is my honest review. The power is great along with the suction power. It vacuumed all the spilled cat litter and cat hair as well! It fits under my couch which is a huge plus! You can’t really use it on a rug (or at least mine) as the suction is too great and sucks the rug up even on low speed. It’s light, easy to use, good value for money, seems well made and a breeze to empty and assemble. The thing I do not like about it is the height of handle. I am 5’5 and my side hurts from using it only 10 minutes. I don’t understand why they made the handle so short. I had to bend sideways instead of forward as then it hurts your back bending over to use it. I am returning it to find a taller option which stinks because it does a great job!!

Review: This purchase of a new upright vacuum cleaner was a very big disappointment, especially looking at what the actual retail cost of the product. Completed the charging process per the instructions 4 to 5 hours. I was unable to power up the vacuum cleaner and never got it to work right out of the box.
