Title: Won’t Charge – Fixed Issue!
Review: Update – despite the charger being a common charger, you must use the one that came with it with black lettering on the white cord. I found mine and now I have zero issues.This worked great for a few months and now it will not charge. The return window closed and I’m going to try to get ahold of the manufacturer for a replacement. Will update my review if I have any luck.

Title: 32 days out and it won’t turn on
Review: I bought the Dr. Dennis Gross mask and liked it, except for it’s sparse coverage of the jawline. So I thought I would order this for using on other areas of my body. It worked for 3 weeks and started turning off whenever I reshaped it or moved it. I thought I was accidentally touching the touch pad and other it needed charging. I recharged it and was careful about how I handled it – shaping it before I turned it on. The problem got worse. It appears to be an internal connection. It charges – and displays that it is fully charged – but the lights don’t turn on. I looked to contact the company for a replacement and found that I had missed the return window by two days and there is no way to contact them.Unless you’re in the market for a very expensive paperweight, I would avoid purchasing this!

Title: Get it if you can
Review: I bought this a year ago to help with stretch marks after pregnancy and with my neckline/cleavage area. I also experimented on my thighs.I only use it about once a week due to work/multiple kid scheduling, but have noticed some amazing results, including post-sunburn damage reversal (used it after a sunburn healed but the skin was still crepey on the cleavage area – last time I had that happen it took over a year to get my skin smoother again. This time it was only a couple of weeks).It’s also managed to improve the look of my postpartum stretch marks, and I think it would do even better if I used it daily.I haven’t noticed any battery and charging issues, but I don’t charge it often, since you get about 20 uses per charge. You should not leave devices like this constantly on the charger since it can completely destroy their battery life.The flexibility and moldability to the human body are fantastic.

For me, what is important is finding the right device that is easy to use and hopefully one that can be used while on the go. I have tried one that required me lying on the bed, in a specific way for 20 minutes. I can’t consistently do that and don’t want to. This device however, gives me many more options. It does not need to be plugged in. I can charge it and then use it until it runs down. I can also mold it to fit onto an area such as a leg, back, or shoulder. It is best when used against the skin so some areas are easier then others. The device fits against my back easily, where it helps the arthritis that flares up now and then. It also works well on the leg or foot as long as I stay one place. It is a little more awkward on my shoulder but with practice, it works.The device has options for red or blue lights and I have only been using the red. The blue is more for skin issues and my interest is eliminating inflammation and pain. The red light setting runs for 14 minutes. It produces heat as well as light but the heat is minimal and I barely feel it. I would prefer more heat and also to be able to have a bit of heat before using the device. When I first put it against my skin, it feels cold.Overall, this is one of the easiest and most convenient red light devices that I have seen. Yes, it is expensive but it is a lot better than taking meds that may have horrible side effects.

Title: Not convinced it works yet
Review: Been several weeks. Noticed a 25-40% improvement in my partners acne on back but I have to hold it down on his back so that it sits flush. Was trying to use it on my neck and lower face but too awkward. Used it for pain in hip a couple times and it may have relieved some discomfort. Overall, not work the money.

Title: Broke randomly
Review: This was great when it worked but no longer does. If I plug it into charge it lights up like it’s fully charged but if you press the buttons nothing happens. Very expensive but such poor quality. Same thing happened with mask.

Title: Difficult to review
Review: I was interested in trying this product because of the claims of relieving minor muscle aches and pain. This device comes in a pretty nice looking retail box. The panel itself is not too large, but would cover a lower back reasonably well. It has a rubbery textured back, with a clear inside with the LED lights exposed. The panel has some structure to it but is flexible, it feels like it isn’t really intended to be flexed back and forth regularly. It also comes with a storage pouch. There are just 2 buttons on it so it’s very simple to control. I’ve been using the 14 minute option to help with back pain. It’s a little difficult to say how well it works. It’s not something where, as soon as you use it, you immediately notice some change. It’s apparently very subtle. I haven’t really been able to discern if it helps or not and have been using it intermittently for several months. It seems to be nicely made and may be worth your consideration if the health benefits appeal to you and if you’re open to continually using it when the benefits are difficult to observe.
