Title: Great option for supplementing!
Review: I recommend this formula for supplementing ! I currently use it to supplement and mixes well with breast milk. It did take my son a few tries of the formula before warming up to it ! It did not cause an upset stomach and he seemed content after his feeds!

Title: Amazing Formula!!!
Review: This formula honestly IS the best formula we’ve ever used. This is our third daughter, but the first time we’ve used Enfamil’s Enspire. We’ve always used used Enfamil because it is the #1 Pediatrician Recommended Formula. For our first daughter, we didn’t start supplementing with formula until she was 6 months old, and we used just the regular Enfamil. But she had a hard time digesting it, and had lots of colic. With my second, we upgraded to the Enfamil NeuroPro because it has MFGM and DHA, and at the time, it was the closest formula to breastmilk. She was only 3 weeks old when I began supplementing with her and I was worried it would be too strong for her, but it worked wonders for our second. But it did change her poop from the yellow, custard-like poop to thick green poop (so sorry for the graphics!) like most formula does.Now that we just had our third daughter, this Enfamil Enspire is available, and we were too excited to try it! Our daughter seems to get colicky at night time for some reason. And it makes trying to get any sleep at night impossible. So we decided to supplement with some Gentlease. That’s when we discovered that Enfamil had a new formula that was even closer to breastmilk than the NeuroPro! We got this Enfamil Enspire Gentlease about 2 weeks ago when my daughter was about 2 weeks old, and we love it! The fact that it has Lactoferrin in it must REALLY make it similar to breastmilk, because my daughter’s dirty diapers now look almost the exact same as when she drinks my breastmilk! It is just slightly thicker. But it’s still yellow, and still very similar consistency (sorry again for the graphics!). And now, she sleeps SO much longer at night, and never gets colic when she drinks this! She usually poops soon after drinking a bottle of this. And if my breastmilk happens to make her colicky during the day, I just give her a small amount of this formula, and she feels all better in no time! This Gentlease formula really does work! And we love how good it is for her!I’m so glad we were able to get 4 packs of this, because it should last us several months if we don’t switch over to formula-fed exclusively. I also loved the fact that we were able to use our EBT card here on Amazon to purchase it!!

Title: Double Edged Sword
Review: Let me first start by saying that I’m still giving this five stars because it is excellent quality and if your baby doesn’t have the same issues my sweet boy is, I’m sure this is just wonderful.I really loved the idea of this formula because when I stopped breastfeeding all together it gave me some peace of mind and eased my guilt.What I didn’t know was that this formula is much thicker than the normal gentlease formula. I liked that at first because I thought maybe it would be more filling, but instead it actually has been causing my poor guy to volcano formula at the mouth because it’s so hard for him to keep it down. It takes a while to digest and just sits there for a long time.I didn’t realize this until I had to cut some corners this past month a d get the normal version again, which was already almost a hundred dollars cheaper for the four units of product I needed. Immediately when I made it I realized the liquid in the bottle stayed at the same level, while the Enspire formula made it go a little higher because it’s so thick… So I made a point to watch my son’s spit ups after that to see if the thinner formula would make it better or worse and low and behold, the normal gentlease didn’t make him spit up at all.So while I really love this product, I don’t think it’s for my boy or other babies who may have an issue with spitting up.Hope this helps!

Title: LOVED IT! Great for adopted newborn!
Review: Adopted a newborn baby boy and this is the formula I decided to use because of the added “colostrum” type properties! As a farmer, we always use a colostrum type of formula at first for baby animals that don’t get to nurse from mom. Didn’t try this for our newborn until he was brought home at 4 days old, but he did excellent on it! He was Jaundice and I felt he still could benefit from a formula with the colostrum type properties. No spitting up at all! And the gas he had from the hospital’s Similac formula, totally stopped after a full day on the Enspire! He used up the entire container after 10 days… (big baby, big eater). He was also cleared of his Jaundice at his 1st checkup! I switched him to the Enfamil Neuro-Pro Gentlease now that I don’t feel the need for the extra “colostrum” benefit. He made the switch with ease and is now doing great on that too! But definitely a great 1st formula! I’m a foster mom and will definitely keep this on hand and use this with any newborn placements I get… as long as they don’t have any specific dietary needs!!

Title: Just buy it
Review: My daughter was breastfed for 10 1/2 months, would not take a bottle and if she did take one it had to be strictly breast milk.. we made the switch and she took her bottle w both breast milk and this formula on the first night! After a couple days she was fine w just the formula alone in her bottle and now loves it! This formula is a lil pricey but so worth it!! Also gives me comfort and a lil less “mom guilt” that this formula has many similar nutrients to breast milk

Title: The best formula on the market – my baby is thriving!
Review: This is the best formula on the market. This was the easiest transition from breast milk for my baby at 3 weeks old. She is now 2 months and thriving. She was below weight and now right there on average. She’s grown so much and is so extremely healthy. Having the right formula is everything. It makes or breaks the newborn experience. It will help them grow or hinder them. But the Enspire is the best! We tried the normal blue one but it was too hard on her stomach. The Gentlease is the best version!
