Title: This is a really good product!
Review: So I just got my Omni E 25 today and I cannot be more impressed than I am right now! When I hit the buy it now button a couple days ago, I was admittedly skeptical because of the cost and I have had mediocre experiences with this type of product in the past. This cool little robot has changed my mind about this type of product! Not only does it do a good and thorough job of cleaning. It tells itself when it’s full and goes back and empties itself. I have two labradors so that was the first hurdle for it to get over and it passed with flying colors!I intentionally didn’t sweep or mop my house after I ordered it just to see how it would perform. First I let it do the vacuuming. it was so thorough that even my husband came in and said.”Wow! That thing is cool!” I think that it emptied the dust and debris three or four times during the process.After I dusted, I sent it to do some mopping and I was equally impressed! We live in Georgia and just built a new house so we have red clay that gets tracked in occasionally and you could never tell it when the eufy was finished!And added plus for me is that the app for operating it is super simple to use. I like that I can tell it to do the whole house or just a room as needed.So far, I can’t really say anything negative about it because it is just that impressive! If you have pets in a busy schedule, it is definitely worth the purchase.

Title: Excellent Mopping Robot
Review: I really like this robot and bought it for its mopping capabilities. The idea of having a clean and dirty water tanks in the robot itself is a great idea. The roller continuously cleans itself while mopping. It eventually ends up at the home base to suck the dirty water into the base unit and fill the robot with clean water again.It is a great mopping robot except that I have a small issue of seeing some water drops in some places. I contacted Eufy and they are addressing the issue.In conclusion I would like to summarize my 2 day usage of 100% tiled home:- Excellent mopping using roller- Very quiet even at performance vacuum mode- Leaves some droplets while mopping. This is being addressed and once fixed will get a 5 star rating)- Somewhat poor vacumming performance on tiled floor. It leaves some small particles around.- Unable to vacuum or mop along the sides.- Mapping mechanism somewhat buggy for an open floor layout (Kitchen, living room, dining room and long hallway were considered as one room but that was easily fixed with the editor. I am sure the software will improve in time.If you are looking for a good mopping robot this is the one to buy. I have not tried it on carpets since I do not have any.July 24 Update:——————Eufy addressed the droplets issue and now the product works pefect for mopping.There has also been a couple of firmware updates improving mapping algorithms which shows Eufy’s commitment for supporting the product. Customer support has also been top quality with super fast responses and actions.As previously mentioned I cannot comment on carpet performance since I do not have any but if you are looking for a mopping solution this is the product to get.

Title: Could never get to connect to wifi / app – returned after unboxing.
Review: It would not connect to wifi for me. I tried every available solution I could find between Eufy and online forums like reddit. Nothing worked. So never could get it connected to the app to use even once. Literally unboxed it and set it up for it to sit there. Attempted to get support from Eufy directly and they asked me for app logs… How can I provide app logs if it never connected to the app?! Then they repeatedly asked me for the receipt, the Serial Number, and my shipping address. I provided it 3 times, and they asked for it again. Forget it, returning it, and getting my money back. I have other devices that are 2.4 ghz wifi only and had no problem getting them connected to my wifi, and didn’t jump through hoops of fire to get them connected either like I tried with this stupid thing.

Review: I am loving this. Had bought a Eufy C20 for my sister and as we can’t get together for a month, I set it up to see if I really wanted one for myself. My house a little larger than hers but after seeing that work, I’m impressed. I went and ordered this higher end but still do-able priced Omni E 25 and OMG I love, love, love it. Easy set up, great vacuum,works wonderfully, mops excellent, charging and cleaning quick. Good price .Now that I’ve had this for about 3weeks I dearly love but… The fact is it is now on sale for $200 less, and even less that it was on prime day sale ! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT !!! I could take the $100. off due to prime but $200. Crazy lNow just return and buy again or go to Eufy site to get direct. Can find NO way to talk to someone at Amazon about this.

Review: Tellement satisfaite de mon achat ! Ce robot est le robot qu’il faut à tout le monde. Il est 100% automome, il aspire et nettoie à la perfection. Moi qui suis une personne très maniaque dans la vie, j’avais des attentes très élevées sur ce robot et il coche toute mes cases avec succès. De plus j’ai été très surprise par le fait qu’il soit très silencieux, on peux écouter la télé ou même être au téléphone en étant dans la même pièce il ne gêne en rien. Il m’arrive de le faire tourner la nuit, les enfants n’étendent rien ! Bref pour moi ce robot vaut chaque $ dépensé !

Review: Reality, overrated… the problem is the hydro jet cleaning while mopping session. That dirty scraper with tank design flaws. It can’t scrape the dirty water properly from the brush. Causing slight dirty water distribution on the floor. Carpet and object algortithm isn’t good enough. The legs of coffee tables always a problem it tries to push it etc… carpets can get stuck and it doesn’t stop or try to fix it. Carpet corners get stuck in mop brush as it doesn’t retract properly those corner spots of carpets

Review: I’ve included a picture of the robots I tested this against for this review. I’ve reviewed over 25 different robots in the last 2 years. I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to give Eufy a try. I wish I had the opportunity to test out their S1 Pro with the Matrix Eye, but I haven’t yet. So, I have to go based on what I’ve seen so far, if all the ones I’ve reviewed.I don’t want to make this long as I’ve tried shortening my reivews as who wants to read a novel, so I will try to get to the point. I will rate my top 3 at the bottom.Pros:-Vacuuming: Better than all the others, not by much, as the Dreame X50 is right beside it. Despite the X50 being very good and also having an extending arm, the E25 somehow managed to get closer and under areas that all my others failed with. It was a fluke that we noticed it got dirt under my speakers.-Mopping: I’ll be retiring all other mopping duties from any other vacuum. The E25s roller mop is king. This mops as good as my $1000 Tineco Floor ONE. If you need mopping, Eufy smokes every one I’ve tested.- Repositioning: If you pick up the robot and place it down, all of them need to reposition and check where they are. Eufy is the fastest of any robot I’ve ever used. 2-3 seconds, and it was done.- Moving the dock: Same as repositioning. I tried moving my X40 yesterday, and even that needs to be remapped. The Eufy E25, within seconds, knew the dock was moved, and as you can see in the picture,e I circled it and moved it on the map right away.- Noise: It’s quieter than the X50, and they’re close to the same PA levels. You could sleep with this running.- Navigating: This was a new test I started doing as I noticed some of my older robots, like my L20, L10, almost appeared lost compared to the E25. So, I had all of the robots move to the office and sent each one home one by one. The X50 is amazing, and compared to the E25, it seemed slow. The E25 knows where it is and where it needs to be and goes almost as if it’s showing off.- Object avoidance: This is where the E25 falls short. It’s good, but it should be far better, and it’s not. This is why I wish I could compare it to their other flagship, so I was disappointed. It hits a lot of things, and almost as if it doesn’t know its size. It will go near my office chair, and when I turn around, it scrapes itself up. It’s good, but it would fall below my Dreame L10S for this and I believe this is a big point of issue many may have as you want it to avoid things your kids may leave on the ground or myself as it found papers on the ground and tried sucking them up.Conclusion:The robots in the picture I tested the Eufy E25 against are:- Shark Matrix- Shark PowerDetect 2-1- SwitchBot K10+- Dreame L10S Gen 2- Dreame L20- Dreame X40- Dreame X50My top 3:1. Dreame X502. Eufy E253. Dreame L10SOur household has become very fond of the Dreame brand, mainly because we’ve been fortunate enough to review many of their products. This was my first Eufy, and I’ve been waiting a long time to test one. And they now have my attention. I knew they were ranked among the best for a lot and I was originally a Kickstarter of their S1 Pro, but I canceled due to shipping delays.I understand what I’m about to say is pure conjecture, but if I manage to get my hands on an S1 Pro, I suspect I’d be retiring all of my robot vacuums. The mopping along is game changing, and I dislike when content creators say that sentence.This opened my eyes to my own bias as I’ve been running 4 different dreame robots in the house. My son loves them, and even he was surprised how well it did. I hope I have the opportunity to try more of their products. This was humbling, and I highly recommend it as long as you understand object avoidance isn’t great (for now) I’m sure a firmware update could make it better.
