Title: Not what I expected
Review: Looks more tan in person than grey, which I was disappointed in. I also thought this was a touch screen but it is not. Scrolling through the options, it just looks ok, not amazing, which was what I was expecting for the huge price tag. Kind of bummed that it’s ugly and not user friendly for me.

Title: This watch put an end to my decade-long relationship with Garmin watches
Review: I’ve been using the Vivosport for years. I love the Vivosport. It’s small, has GPS, and has great sleep tracking. Unfortunately, Garmin stopped making the Vivosport (but still available refurbished). So I thought it was a good time to “upgrade” to a watch with PulseOx (blood O2) and other features. I got the Fenix 6S Solar to get all of the newest functions plus solar charging! Very exciting.First, no touch screen. Everything is done using the buttons. This is the first thing to accept, not that big of a deal. The watch connected easily through the Garmin Connect app. I wanted to change the watch face, so it made me download the Garmin IQ app to get new watch faces. It would not install the watch face unless the watch was connected to the Garmin Express app, which only runs on PC or Mac. Now I needed a laptop. So I got my laptop and installed Garmin Express, but now it wants the USB cord for wired connection. What happened to wifi or bluetooth? I don’t carry the stupid wire around with me all the time. Isn’t that why I bought a solar watch, so I don’t need to manually charge it with a cable? Now I have three apps installed, across two devices (iPhone and Laptop), need to carry the custom Garmin USB cable with me, and it’s asking me for login and password account information JUST TO CHANGE THE STUPID WATCH FACE. I don’t have my login information with me and I’ve been at this for hours. I’m thoroughly pissed. Goodbye, Garmin.

Review: I am very happy with my new Garmin 6s Pro Solar. Although it took a bit of patience to connect it to the Garmin App, it eventually took and has been working great. First time I have a hear rate on the swim which is great to have. it was easy to set up and so far the battery life is good. I am happy with the taupe strap as well. so it doesn’t stand out like the previous one.

Review: I sas very excited to get this watch, after a lot of reviews I read this was the choice, music in the watch, paying with it, a great gps, an all in one, but once I got it everything started loosing the shine, first garmin pay only accept 3 banks in Canada, only one big financial institution, not a bank, then the software to sync your watch looks old, the store doesn’t have a lot of apps that you can find in another watch stores, music only Spotify and deezer, this last part was the reason why I returned this item, I never was able to sync my playlists, every time I tried it failed, the sync started but after certain percentage it failed, once and again, after almost 30 attempts I only reached 90% synced in a single playlist with 70 songs 🙄, I can’t imagine trying to sync my songs every morning in 30 attempts or more to run 30 mins, unfortunately this is a beautiful watch with a lot of good things, and others that could makes it a great watch but don’t work, pay 1K for a watch that only is a gps does not worth it.
