Title: Great changing pad with Scale
Review: We like it very much having scale is great. But there is a design flow as scale extends closer to the wrapping belt and little bit difficult to handle due to that. Would have been nice if the scale display place closer to bottom or top of the changing pad

Title: Scale not working
Review: The scale suddenly stopped functioning properly after two months – tare seemed to set the scale back to zero, but once we put anything on it, the weight showed totally out of whack (e.g. an 8oz lotion weighs over a pound, the 13lbs+ baby weighs 40lbs+. We tried replacing the batteries and see if that reset the scale, and it didn’t. There’s no contact info for customer service or clear troubleshooting info in the manual. So now it’s just a change pad without the “smart scale”.
