Title: Worth Every Penny – Happy Feet!
Review: I developed plantar fasciitis quite suddenly. (Unprofessionally diagnosed, as I had it before many years ago and I assume it’s come back from walking on hard surfaces, and having tight calf muscles, just like last time.) Stretching definitely has helped, but in combination with this amazing machine, my feet have been feeling so much better! I have owned a couple of massage chairs I bought when this company was called iJoy and they have been top notch. (I still use the massage chair I bought about 10 years ago!) I would say that they are a quality and trusted brand, so when I was looking for something to help with my feet, I saw this and figured it was my best bet.When you put your feet/lower legs into this machine it gently squeezes them in what feels like an alternating figure eight pattern. It’s wonderful! Depending on which auto mode you do, it will tighten around your feet and gradually bring the massage bits up and press into the bottoms of your feet. This helps me a lot. I suggest, (just as I read in another review here) that you adjust your feet forward or back depending on where you want them to hit on the bottoms of your feet.I honestly can’t see anyone regretting purchasing this unit. My whole family loves it. It’s a great way to start your day with a cup of coffee in the morning before heading out to work and a luxurious relaxation after a long day on your feet.

Title: Foot messager
Review: Very relaxing. Gives a deep message. Moore so for the feet then the calf. Best to wear socks when using. If you go barefoot, you may receive a pinch. I only used the vibration and heat settings a few times. Both settings comforting. The heat setting makes some noise.

Title: Not a good massager for soles of feet
Review: I read many of the views before purchasing and was hopeful this would help with both of my issues. I have horrible plantar fasciitis and arthritis in my feet and ankles. Also deal with leg swelling after busy, non-stop 12 hour ER shifts in the hospital. Pros: easy to reach control buttons. The compression is good enough to help with leg swelling. Cons: The way your foot sits in the device does not allow for sufficient kneading or force on the bottom of the foot, it seems to pinch the sides of the foot at a certain point in the cycle, bulky and heavy. Would not recommend for foot pain but would recommend for lower leg swelling and pain.

Title: Excellent performance, pleasure to use, nice looking design
Review: At first reluctant to believe that it was possible to make a consumer level product that was this effective. This device has my very positive upvote on the following points.* Sleek design. Zip out liner, washable.* Easy to use; easy to store in a closet under clothes hung on hangers; at 25 lbs and a bit bulky possibly for women to move but likely manageable* Meaningful, easy to reach controls (if you leave kind of hidden ON switch clicked ON at all times). I would not want the added complexity, clutter, and dead battery headaches of a remote for such an easy to use machine unless I had trouble reaching to touch my knees while seated.* On initial experience, the power is surprising, even alarming. I got used to it after several seconds and now would absolutely not want to settle for anything less. The designer knew what he/she was doing in my opinion.* Firm massage and vigorous vibration of toes, soles, heels, and more than half way up my calf; perfect in my case (180 lb, 5′-11″, size 10 1/2 shoe). I suspect that the machine would adapt to a variety of foot and leg sizes both larger and smaller than mine. YMMV.* Invigorating.* Excellent and quiet to use whole seated and catching up on correspondence.* I do not need the heat and so did not try that.* Would _definitely_ buy again.

Title: Bad Helical Gear
Review: Worked fine for around 80 massage sessions, but the lower foot area completely stopped working after that. Took it apart and found that the bottom helical gear was ‘torn’ from the axle, making it slip and not make contact with the axle, rendering the bottom part useless. For ~200 dollars, I would have expected better quality of vital parts like this one, severely disappointed.

Title: It works
Review: This was a pricey piece of kit and I treated myself to it as a Xmas/Birthday gift. I’ve been using it for 3 months. To start, you have to calibrate. This is not one of those 5k chairs you can have a sit in at Costco when they have an event on. And it’s not a real massage at 80 and upwards for an hour.However….. it’s a really nice foot and leg massager. It’s well made with good, solid construction materials. There are plenty of options for you to select the kind of pressure you like (tapping, squeezing, hard, soft, rolling). You can have it heated. You can even switch mid-massage (the cycle is about 20 minutes). It took me a week or two to get used to how firm the foot massage part is, even on the gentlest settings. But I can feel my muscles relaxing now when it starts.So, I highly recommend it. I tried and returned a cheaper one. This is pricier than others which purport to do the same thing. However, this is a well known company/brand and it shows.

Title: Worked for a hot minute and then started popping
Review: It was okay, a lot of money, I was sad because after figuring out where I was going to put it, I turned it on and after using it maybe 3 or 4 times, it started to make a popping sound. I didn’t test out the heat function because once it started popping I select return. Luckily we still had the box and everything else because we usually burn all of that after unboxing. I was going to have them just send me a new one but once something isn’t reliable it’s hard for me to trust I’m not going to get another broken one. It’s heavy, the build quality seemed fine until the popping. The speed of the massage was slow and steady which I did like. I’m not sure about how hot it gets, like I said I didn’t try it. Over all functionality was fine, other than the popping.
