Title: Love it!
Review: I already own a few paddles and feel guilty about owning another impulse purchase. However after trying it out, I have no regrets as it allow me to control and play a better game. The pop is not too much and manageable. The weight and grip size is just right for a women like me. Paddle has standard face therefore larger sweet spot. It can also generate great spin and power. Price point is a deal for me as i got it during amazon prime day. Overall very happy with the paddle performance. It is a keeper.

Title: Team JOOLA Nonresponses
Review: I purchased this product on 02.27.25. While in an active game, the paddle separated from the handle while striking a ball. I sent my receipt and a photo of the damaged product via JOOLA’s website on 04.27.25. I received an automatic response saying to allow for five business day for a response. On 05.02.25, I sent an email to Team JOOLA inquiring about a response. On 05.06.25, I again inquired about a response. On 05.07.25, I received an email from the JOOLA customer support team requesting a case number. I replied that the only case number I had seen was in the subject line of the email. I also resent a photo of the receipt and the damaged product on 05.13.25. On 05.15.25, I emailed the JOOLA customer support team to let them know it would be my last attempt at corresponding with them. I requested a response by 6:00 p.m. EST. I did not hear from them, hence this review.

Title: New favorite paddle!
Review: This has quickly become my favorite paddle that I’ve owned! The surface is great for spin, great pop off the paddle, and I find myself hitting shots that are normally slightly out of reach because of the longer shape. I was nervous about the shorter handle, but absolutely love it. It helps for quicker backhands! Highly recommend!
