Title: Looks great, nice weight and feels to this set, former butcher
Review: They have a nice weight and feels, sturdy, one piece construction, great price point. I like the beefiness to the bread knife in particular but all work great, comes with a built in sharpener I’ll prolly still use power knife sharpener. I’ll hand wash these. Holder looks very mod wood color matches other stuff I have this set is a gift to myself for recent accomplishments I was a independent grocery store manager back in Madison Wisconsin I’ve never had a decent set of knives for the kitchen 👨🏻‍🍳 I renovate houses for side 🧀 this set looks nice enough for showing once current house ready to sell. 💰. Most importantly this set of knives will keep me slicing, dicing, cutting and carving I’m a fan so far … 👍🏻👍🏻

Title: Happy cutting
Review: These knifes are SHARP so be careful. Easy to clean, organized, and a good look. They work well whether it is prepping your portions when buying large portions on meats/proteins or even when prepping a salad. 10/10. Price could be a little better but overall happy with this choice. I truly feel like a professional in the kitchen now. Also, wood is perfect condition and color is great.

Title: Super lightweight and sharp
Review: I love this set! The knives are super sharp and they are lightweight and easy to use. My mom says she has a difficult time with the grip because it’s smooth and has some design in them for gripping but I haven’t had that problem at all. The only thing that I would change is that the scissors are in the back so when I need to use them I have to pull out the whole thing. But it takes up very little counter space and I have had them for about a month and they are still as sharp as day one!

Title: I’m crossed up about these
Review: I scoured the internet for a set of knives that looked different from all the other sets. It took like what seemed forever, but I finally found these and thought they matched my personality a bit. Honestly, I love the way they look! But when they arrived I was surprised by how HEAVY the whole thing was.Once I got them and started putting the knives in the proper slots, I immediately realized that I would forever regret this choice. Although there are great things about this set, there’s lots of things I find annoying. The first being the shear weight of the thing. There’s no way I could pick this one with one hand. And yes, the style of the block is super cool because of the usage of negative space, but this detail makes it harder to use. I mean, it’s not HARD, it’s inconvenient. You put the knife in the appropriate slot, thinking that your job is done, but it isnt. There’s another slot, past the negative space that you have to steer the knife into. And there’s wiggle room, so it’s not just a one and done. It took a lot of getting used to after using a solid block forever. I think I poke the wood every time I put a knife back.I’m not used to owning new knives, so I just washed them and started using them without really checking out the blades. After the first 2 uses, I realized the blades were burred badly on two of the knives. I’m not sure if they came like that, or if it happened when they were used on a stainless steel cutting board (probably the case), but either way, they shouldn’t have been THAT delicate.Lastly, without thinking, I tried to pick up the block and move it to another spot. Because of the negative space, the blades are exposed and my fingers were basically using the blades to move it. I didn’t get cut, but I absolutely could have if I weren’t being careful.So, that’s my rant. I would REALLY think twice about functionality and safety over the really unique build of this set of knives.
