Title: Lowered the dose and was great.
Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:I already have a decent diet with a good variety of fermented foods. For those days that I couldn’t get the fermented foods that I typically eat I was hoping this product would be a decent substitute. Taking the recommended dose I found I had some stomach cramps, and lots of burping. I lowered the dose to one ball and found that that was much more tolerable. Maybe it’s a bit potent? Overall ingredient quality is good. I would just recommend lowering the dose.

Title: This product made me sick
Review: I was fine today before I took this product. I swallowed 4 tiny balls on an empty stomach, and in about 20 minutes I started having symptoms like burping and intestinal spasms. It became quite painful and I still feel sick 8 hours later.

Title: Great for making me burp horribly
Review: I wanted to like the Koso Ball Infused with Pure 160 Fermented Ingredients, but unfortunately, it gave me awful burps during the week I tried to incorporate it into my lifestyle. For the price, I was expecting better results. It’s also quite expensive; you’re probably better off with regular probiotics or incorporating natural probiotic foods into your diet. I’m glad I was able to test this through Amazon Vine, as I wouldn’t purchase it otherwise.

Title: Had gastro issues on day 2
Review: As the title says, I gave these a shot and had to call it off on the second day of taking them. I had heartburn going to bed night 1 and it persisted day 2. I stopped taking them as a test, and the next day I was fine. If you’re used to taking fermented supplements (I take ACV every day) you may be fine, but I didn’t expect such a immediate reaction. Apologies, I can’t speak to the qualities or benefits individually.

Title: Absurd price, good taste
Review: First of all the flavor is what I was a bit concerned about – but it’s not bad actually. It’s actually mostly enjoyable – especially if you realize what is in it.I can’t say I’ve really noticed any benefits from taking these daily. But i’ve also not noticed any negatives. There’s no bloating, no stomach issues, no acid reflux, etc.I don’t think it’s really fair for any single person to judge a supplement for not noticeably doing much for them as it’s hard to know what is going on behind the scenes. And we’re all different. Some of us benefit more from some things than others. The fact there’s no negative side-effects is good – I would have loved to have seen benefits like some others have – but they were enjoyable enough to chew on each day.The price however is a bit absurd to me.

Title: Excellent combination of ingredients
Review: These balls are very small and easy to swallow. As to not shock my system, I started out with only two and am up to four now and I always take any supplement with food just to help things stay normal. Since I eat a rather healthy diet, I am not expecting any significant changes but hope this can help enhance my overall well-being or help to keep some health issues away that may have otherwise came about over time. I have had no adverse side-effects from its use to date and do not expect any. The price is up there but I know all that fermentation takes time and all those ingredients do not come too cheap but the overall value is for the individual to decide.

Title: I’m on Mounjaro, it helps with the horrible side effects a bit.
Review: It doesn’t fully get rid of the horrible Mounjaro burps but it does help to reduce the time that they stick around. I only really tried it because I was able to snag it on Vine so I wouldn’t spend $150 a bottle, that price is just way too outrageous.I’m not entirely sure what they are supposed to do but they don’t taste bad, or, well more correctly they have no taste. They’re small and easy to get down. And I believe they do help with my horrible mounjaro side effects.

Title: Very disapointed with the lack of instructions. especially for the price.
Review: Well, I read the only other review of this product from a person who paid for these, as a Vine member I got them free (except for the taxes I will have to pay for the value of them and I think they are way to expensive). I did read the entire box and bottle (so okay I did scan over it, there is a lot to read and nowhere did I find anything about taking them on a full stomach! Just take 8 balls a day, that’s it nothing like take two, four times a day. So At 71 years old I am very hesitant now to try them at all, the last thing I need is an upset stomach.
