Title: Sturdy and Safe
Review: Works for my 11lb 2MO. It is bulky at the shoulders so if you are short you might not like it. Very sturdy carrier and easy to adjust width, also has 3 sizes to adjust width. Ergonomic and M shape 👏🏽👏🏽

Title: Helps your back, and helps keep you and baby cool!
Review: I have used this baby carrier for over a year now, and out of all the ones I’ve bought this is my absolute favorite to use. I have a herniated disc in my back, and this carrier helped support my back better than other styles did. Baby and I both sweat a lot when we baby wear, and this carrier really does keep us cooler than other ones do. It’s also been resistant to stains and has held up great! I haven’t had a single stitch become ruined or any defects develop, which is great since I’ve tossed this thing around my car and its been stomped on by kids a few times.

Review: best baby carrier ever! my girl loves it. she’s been able to use it since newborn to now almost two! best buy for sure. takes another person to help with the back carry but it’s very supportive for my back and chest!

Title: Good carrier but is showing wear
Review: I do like the lillebaby carriers but I did have to knock a star off because we’ve been heavily using this one for about 6 months with our 99th percentile baby and have notice the waistband padding is starting to fold over where he sits and the snap on the waistband isn’t staying snapped. This means sometimes he’s crooked in the carrier even when we try to straighten him out.But otherwise it’s a good carrier and our baby loves it.

Title: Plus Size Friendly
Review: I’m 5’6″ and over 200lbs and my son is large for his age. 99th percentile large. It fits like a dream. I’ve recommended it in my mom groups and to all my friends. It’s comfortable, easy to use, cute, and plus size friendly. I have it pretty tight and there’s a LOT of strap left over so that tells me that parents much larger than myself can use it as well. The boppy comfyfit carrier I used was too tight by the time my son was 2 weeks old. Lillebaby is a million times better. The pocket and zipper pocket are very convenient. I just wish the head support was removable to have easier access to the pockets and not have to have it up to use the sun hood that’s removable. I also love that this carrier can grow with my baby and there’s a toddler version I can buy when he completely outgrows this one.

Title: Well-Designed, but Not the Right Fit for Me
Review: I picked up the Lillebaby Airflow for a beach vacation and was really hoping it would be a cooler, more supportive option. I’m glad I tested it before the trip, because while it looks good on paper (especially the back support), it just didn’t feel as supportive as I expected. The structure is bulky, and overall the fit isn’t as comfortable as my Mabe linen carrier—which actually feels cooler, too.That said, I can see how the thoughtful design could work for others. My baby seemed content in it, so no complaints there. But for me, it’s probably going back. I’m also concerned that my baby’s hips are not in the recommended M shape, despite me adjusting the bottom support for his age.

Title: Love the back support pad
Review: This has been a good durable baby carrier so far – our favorite feature is the back support pad, as our other carriers just have a belt, which can contribute to low back strain. Nice patterns and seems very sturdy. Comfortable size for a small and large frame, but not sure how well it would do for big and fat folks without an extension on the belt.

Title: Comfortable
Review: I’m using this with our 5th baby and it is very comfy for me and her. I’ve used moby wraps and ergo originals previously but they weren’t comfortable this time around. Well worth splurging on a good carrier. The lumbar support helps a lot with comfort. I can wear baby for hours and not have lower back discomfort, which wasn’t true with the others. The moby was comfy overall and my favorite for my first baby, but I couldn’t wear for hours. This baby wasn’t a fan of it either. I’m glad I found a carrier that works well for us.
