Title: Beautiful, simple, sturdy
Review: The Livinia Florence 29.5″ Coffee Table in walnut stain is beautifully made. The Malaysian Oak is smooth, with a lovely wood grain. Easy to put together – just twist the legs in place. Perfect for the main table, or an extra one that’s easy to store away when not in use. The top is 23 inches tall. I use this for a coffee table when guest are over, but also as an extra low table for when we sit on cushions and play card games.

Title: crack on table top
Review: Installed the legs and when I turned it over I saw a crack on the table top. In order to return I have to unscrew everything and package and somehow get it to the post office. What a pain to return. I assumed it would have been in new condition seeing how it’s new.

Title: Very Sturdy.
Review: The Livinia Florence 47″ Wooden Coffee Table/Malaysian Oak Solid Wood Sofa Table (Walnut) is very sturdy and its simple design makes any living space look exquisite. The Walnut finish is great and goes great with most all decor. I would highly recommend this perfectly sized table to anyone in the market for a new table.

Title: A thing of beauty is a joy forever
Review: This was spoiled by only one thing – a small dent in the surface which I have tried to capture in the first photo. For this reason ONLY I have rated this four stars.The width of the dent is slightly smaller than the nail on my pinkie. I guess this happened in transit. There is an old carpenter’s trick for getting rid of flaws like this, which I will try later, but that would be reviewing my work, not the condition of the table as delivered.Just handling the parts impresses you with quality. The polish and finish of the legs is not perfect at all points, but is sensuous to the touch, as is the surface of the table. How nice for once to be handling furniture which is made of real wood, not something which has been done to it after turning it into sawdust first. The difference in quality is immediately apparent.Construction could not be simpler. The instructions are very limited, but you don’t really need any, other than to say which way round the washers go. Though a hex wrench is provided, you are very much better off with a quarter drive ratchet with a hex key fitting; it saves a lot of time. But I say that about almost every piece of furniture I construct.Although this is nominally self assembly, because you have to screw on the legs, this is more like a mid-20th century table from the days when you bought all furniture in finished condition, except for two things; the finish is a lot better, and so are the fittings that join it. The last time I was handling furniture made of real wood, it was made with plain bolts and square nuts. The appearance of this table is timeless, but it combines the best of modern precision manufacture with the best of an old fashioned approach to materials.If you want the cheapest coffee table you can get, there are many that are much cheaper. If you want real wood and to own something you can look at with pride, this is for you.

Title: Nice little table
Review: I’ve been wanting a table in my music room and have been pretty happy with this overall.The table itself is pretty unique. The legs are installed at an angle and the whole thing sits on slanted feet. You’ll want to make sure that you follow the directions closely so that everything is level once assembled. Overall, it was pretty easy to put together and the table sits sturdy with no noticeable wobbling.There were a few small quality issues like a screw hole that didn’t line up (I had to leave that bolt out altogether) and some knicks in the laminate. However, it’s a great size for a music room. It’s larger/shorter than a side table, but taller than a coffee table. The closest thing I can compare it to is a typical child sized play table. In any case, it works well for what I was needing! Would recommend!

Title: Wood-n’t You Know It
Review: I really like that this is made out of actual wood (walnut and oak). The construction is high quality and it is has a nice look to it. The polish and finish work well and add an elegant touch. While the construction is simple, it can be a bit challenging to put together with the provided tools. Luckily, I’ve put together enough of this stuff to have all kinds of tools laying around. It is a bit smaller than I expected, but that is ok; I still have a good place to put it. I think this table will be with me for a while due to it not being made out of particle board, so that is really nice as many pieces of furniture I have will not be traveling with me if I ever move.
