Title: A40 Quality – Untethered; Awesome Headset!
Review: Decided to try out the A50s after being an avid A40/A40 TR user for a decade (picture included for visual comparison), and I am extremely happily surprised by the quality comparison. Same great comfort, sound quality, and build quality but in seamless wireless form.These, however, have a huge advantage. My A40 TR mixamp had Dolby Digital that always remained off due to a tin can hollow type of sound when on. These come with Dolby Atmos, which is an amazing jump in sound quality and positional accuracy. The app for these is also leagues better and more intuitive than the old Astro Command Center.So many great features to mention like mic quality, charging dock, the auto mute when mic is raised, easy-access controls for audio balance, volume, and audio source, but to keep this short, this is a top of the line wireless gaming headset, and if you have a wired headset like A40s and are worried about a drop in the audio experience, fear not! I’m incredibly happy with my choice to “cut the cord”! Worth the money.

Title: TOP TIER OFFERING ALL AROUND
Review: I own a lot of headsets. Maybe I have a bit of a spending habit, who’s to say?I own the Audeze Maxwell, Turtle Beach Stealth Pro, and VZR Model One. All of these are great headsets…and yet I find myself using this one more than any other.This is without question on of the best headsets I’ve ever used.It shines in all categories: battery life, connectivity, charging speed, charging function (awesome docking station), stellar microphone quality (beats all my current), and most notably COMFORT. I can literally go lay down in these and have a nice lil’ nap…no problem. The buttons are intuitively well placed and easy to use. The ease of swapping from PS5 to Xbox is a breeze.My Audeze Maxwell is king of sound overall, as it is unmatched for music listening. That said, while that headset is perfectly comfortable to me, this is on a different level as its much lighter and its sound quality is right up there. This headset overall is superior to the Turtle Beach stealth pro. I wont compare much to the wired VZR Model One, as its not apples to apples.All that to say, this headset is tremendous. You cant go wrong with it. It very well may be the best gaming headset Ive ever owned overall…only contested by my Maxwell which I also love.

Title: Beautiful headset that brings me right back to the good old days.
Review: I played for the last 8 hours today on this headset and I am blown away. This is the BEST headset I have ever used.I used the old A40’s for over 10 years. They were a beast of a headset and put me ahead of the competition for years. The only problem was that it was wired. The cord would frey over time and eventually screwed up the mixamp after too many rage induced drops.I decided to get the audio sync only as I have little to no desire to pull up the video at the same time as the audio every time. I tend to play the devices one at a time with no need to switch my HDMI along with it. If needed I can switch it by hand.The headset charged very quickly and was easy to understand out of the box. Watching a YouTube video on the set up might help if you have any questions.The a50s are extremely comfortable and somehow light while retaining their solid feel. The mic quality is unbelievable, you could stream with how good it is. Seriously! Even though they don’t have noise canceling, I cannot head an outside sound while they are on my head.Bluetooth is great and the controls on the side of the headset are a little strange but it only took me a few hours to get used to them. (Such as to mute the microphone you just push it up).The sound quality is amazing for both music and games especially, you can hear footsteps from so far away. I love the Bluetooth feature as well, it’s just such a great headset.If you have the money I’d pull the trigger. If you really need to switch your monitor at the touch of a button get the PLAYSYNC + Audio version. But for me the audio version is perfect.The only problem I have is the Astro command center app for PC but that’s a different matter entirely.

Review: Ce casque A50X est tout simplement impressionnant. La qualité sonore est exceptionnelle, avec des basses profondes, des médiums clairs et des aigus bien définis. Le confort est également au rendez-vous, même après plusieurs heures d’utilisation grâce aux coussinets moelleux et au design ergonomique. La connexion sans fil est stable, avec une excellente portée et une autonomie qui dépasse les attentes. C’est un investissement qui vaut vraiment le coup pour les amateurs de jeux, de musique ou de films. Je recommande sans-faute !
