Title: What are you waiting for?
Review: Now, granted I have only had this for about 24 hours now, but WOW! I am overwhelmed with what I can do with this. The visuals are crisp, control is responsive, and it’s easy to use and link all of your accounts.Want to go on a space walk on the ISS in 3D? Want to dive coral reefs? Wanna fly over Iceland? You can do it all! I can play my Xbox games, watch movies and shows on Amazon Prime. They have concerts at Red Rocks, informative nature shows, etc I honestly don’t know why I waited so long to get one of these.The first friend that came over and tried it had it ordered for pickup before he left my house.Im loving this tech, and feels sturdy and works very well.As far as comfort, the stock strap is lacking in comfort and overall effectiveness, especially when logging extended time or using one of the fitness apps. I ordered an elite strap with an external battery pack and forehead fan to alleviate this issue.This item is worth every penny so far. I will update this review if anything changes.Stop reading and buy this. Treat yourself, you’re worth it!Edit:Now that I’ve had 8t a few weeks, I’m still very happy with this purchase. Do yourself a favor and spend the $ to get yourself a nice halo headstrong. I purchased the BOBOVR S3 Pro and would highly recommend it as the stock strap is not the greatest. I use this headset everyday, so much you can do.

Title: Not very comfortable with basic head strap.
Review: Nice VR but the Head strap it comes with is awful, it allows the VR to set right on your face and it pulls your skin down. If you buy one invest in a halo style head strap, I have the bobovr and the difference is day and night. There are not as many games as I would like through Meta (and most are pricey) but you can use an app called SideQuest or use a cable to play your games through your computer. If you use Linux, like me, an app called WiVRn works real good.

Title: Fun for preteen (and even dad)
Review: My son (11) saved up to buy this himself and it has been a hit!While I was not a big fan of the idea of him buying a screen he ties to his face, I was pleasantly surprised with the lever of activity this involves and the options it has.We set up for a user with glasses, and am glad that is an option. The ability to change focus is great, because older items similar to this that were tried previously did not have that ability and caused headaches quickly. This does not and can be comfortably played for an hour or more.While not a cheap item, the design is great, and comparing to other game systems is lower than most. Overall, a good value for a non- necessity of this caliber.I give 4 stars because of some technology glitches, mostly software related, and the lack of games. I am sure the game library will continue to grow, but I with there were more variety that is good for preteens to play and enjoy.There are a few free games that are fun, and overall the cost of games is reasonable.

Review: My 10 year old earned an Amazon gift card through his cubscout fundraiser and bought this for himself. He absolutely loves it. I’ve used it a few times and it’s for sure an adjustment, but super fun none the less. Headband is comfortable enough.
