Title: great high chair, great customer service
Review: I love this high chair, and the Peg Perego customer service can’t be beat. I haven’t found the stationary front wheels to be a problem – we have a tiny kitchen and when my baby is in the high chair, I lock the casters on GO and can roll it wherever I need it. The movement is smooth and easy. I’m also impressed with how compact it folds down – since it stands on its own, we fold it up, push it up to the kitchen table as if it were a chair, lock the wheels to STOP, and that works for us for now. It’s also super stylish, and I get compliments from friends – everybody wants to know where I got this high chair. Luckily I caught a flash sale on Amazon and got it for a steal.Note that when you first get it, the arms will probably be a bit warped, and the tray table won’t line up with the holes. You have to do a bit of work to get the tray in and out, and it’s not a one-handed operation. I called Peg Perego and was told by their customer service that this is a known issue and has to do with how the frames are shipped and stored, and was advised to store the tray table in place in the arms for a week or two. So far this is working, and the arms are slowly correcting themselves. It’s not fully corrected after a week, but it’s on track to be fixed in another week or so. They did send me another frame but it had the same issue. I’ve been impressed with their level of customer service through this process, even if it was a little frustrating to get such an expensive high chair that had a warp issue.But that’s literally the only issue with this chair, and since it’s easily fixed and doesn’t really detract from the high chair I can’t knock any stars off because I love everything else about it. It’s clearly a high quality item, every component is well made and works well, it’s easy to keep clean as almost everything detaches, and my baby enjoys sitting in it. What more can you ask of a high chair?

Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:I Love it ! I researched a lot of high chairs for months. I was looking for a bar height one and this is perfect ! I can also lower it to different  levels to fit my countertop table . I’m glad I got one with wheels . Buy the extra pad for smaller babies .Lots of features .Its pricey but WORTH.the money if your looking for a great high chair that will last a long time . Made in Italy , great quality chair .You will not be disappointed.

Title: LOVE! Best high chair!
Review: I used this same high chair 10 years ago different color. I wanted a newer modern chair like the Lalo but decided on this and I don’t regret it. I use it with my newborn now fully reclining when I need to be in the kitchen so baby isn’t unattended. This chair is still my favorite. The multiple recline and height positions and the easy rolling. Its super comfortable and easy to clean. Solid quality…I suggest this high chair for every parent. Looks don’t make ur life easier…but this chair does. I know its bigger n bulkier than the newer modern ones out now, but its still worth it.

Title: New parents – Siesta for the win
Review: As first time parents, we are absolutely THRILLED with our decision to purchase the Siesta. I’m an extensive researcher when it comes to buying products for our little one. I read hundreds of reviews and take weeks to make a decision. I can’t believe how much I love this chair. We love ALL of the features and haven’t experienced any of the issues others have had with the tray or maneuvering the chair around the house.The tray glides in and out of the slots, effortlessly and with one hand. I was a little worried after reading other reviewer’s experiences that it wouldn’t line up correctly but it’s SO easy to attach and take off (just squeeze and glide). Also, I really like that it rests on the back of the chair when not in use. I watched some YouTube videos that showed that feature.As for rolling the chair, it is difficult to roll forward. This can easily be fixed by rolling it BEHIND YOU. It moves every which way and isn’t a problem at all. I also read comments that you have to hold down the buttons to the go position while rolling, which would make it difficult. This is NOT the case! You can lock the wheels in the “stop” position, or temporarily move the chair by holding down the buttons, OR you can lock the buttons in the “go” position and then roll the chair around freely.We love that we can adjust the chair to reach our bar table, it’s the PERFECT height. We also adjust it to the lowest setting if we’re in the living room and sitting on the couch. The recline is fantastic, although our daughter hasn’t fallen asleep in the chair yet. It’s an excellent option for newborns that are bottle feeding, we’ve used it for that a couple of times.Chair is super easy to clean and wipe down and we have a MESSY eater. I also really like the buckle and harness because it’s easy to clean and is easy to snap together. I hated the harnesses I looked at on other high chair options. Too many crevices and very difficult to undo.Overall, we couldn’t be more excited with our purchase. We don’t have anything negative to say about it at this time but will update this review if we come across something.

Review: Ok, I rarely leave reviews. This might be my first review on Amazon. After using this high chair for the first day, I feel compelled to leave a review for it, so that it will be easier for other parents to make a decision.My son is 2 month old, so he diesn’t need a high chair to eat yet. But he likes to interact with us, eye contact, talking, etc.. When we have dinner, we used to put him on a baby swing, which is too low, and he is not at the same level with us. He will get bored very soon and one of us has to constantly look down and talk to him. This high chair, with the adjustable seat that can be almost flat, is so comfortable for the baby and now he can comfortably sit at the table with us. And we can push him near us wherever we are.The quality of this chair is impeccable, I feel it will last forever. And, it’s so intuitive, I don’t even need to look at the manual to put it up, and make all the adjustment. It’s such an engineer wonder. You will know what I am talking about when you use it. It’s so user friendly.Some other reviews said it’s hard to clean. I really don’t know what they are talking about. The seat can be wiped clean easily, it can’t be easier than this.I strongly recommend this high chair.
