Title: Great Headset!
Review: The sound quality is excellent even with my Xbox with the AUX cord plug in. Down side is that it does not work with Xbox directly, have to use AUX cord to the controller. But I love the easy UI with the receiver. The dial works great, love the RBG on the headset and the OLED screen is nice and clear. I also really like the retractable microphone for using the headset for music or movies when I am not gaming. The haptics give the headphone a subwoofer feel when there is enough base. The comfort level I would rate 9/10 they are a bit heavy but they are at least comfortable for an over the ear headset. I would say it was worth the money. When I am using the headset for work, it has great range, I can use the simultaneous audio and listen to my phone music anywhere in the office building floor. I also am impressed with the battery life, most wireless equipment I have own dies after a few hours. With the haptics on medium, RBG at 50%-100% brightness, it last me about 15 hours of continuous use before dying on me and charging was super fast less than an hour to get back to above 50% battery life. Highly recommend. would buy again.

Title: Warning – Currently Requires Additional Software Purchase for THX Spatial Audio to Work
Review: The headset looks great, feels comfy, and sounds ok. But for $400 this should be a premium headset that works perfectly and does not require additional software purchases to make it work.Currently Razer Synapse is bugged and THX Spatial Audio does not work properly with the headset so in many instances the sound is very poor. I tried playing call of duty black ops 6 with THX spatial audio and it sounded absolutely awful. It was obviously bugged. I had to purchase the stand-alone THX Spatial Audio app for $20 to get it to work, then it sounded fine. Point being though, you should not charge $400 (which is already overpriced for what you get) for a headset and then expect the customer to pay an additional $20 to utilize all features. A razer support tech told me that I can use THX via Synapse but it is not currently working and appears to be a known bug, so the stand-alone app is your only option.Also one other really annoying bug I noticed in synapse (which there may be a fix for but I sent the headset back before I investigated this issue further) was my mic volume kept turning down to 0 every time I started my pc and had to manually raise it every time.I like a lot of razer gear but this headset is a big kick in the face to consumers in my opinion.

Review: Do not firmware update these headphones when u update them they will have no audio with your pc it works with everything else but do not update u will have to return them afterDon’t get me wrong they are good headphones but the software is mid make sure u download razersynapes 4 to manage these headphonesIf the headphones are blinking red while charging I would consider leaving them on a strong charger for about 2hrs keep them charged at all times. Like I said these headphones are complicated

Title: Great headset with two flaws
Review: I love it. I got an ear infection shortly after getting them (unrelated yet interesting). The bass are uncomfortable so I got better ones from Wicked Cushions and it’s definitely more comfortable. I think the mic sounds good and I love how the speakers sound.I have never ran the battery down even though I play more then 5 hours a day and only charge after I’m done.Only other thing I dislike is the fact I can’t keep the screen always on. It’d make sense if it was battery powered but it’s not, it need to be always plugged into a pc. So why can’t I have it always on? Like seriously why?Other than that, I love it. Only the second headset I’ve ever had but I love it.

Title: Don’t waste your money
Review: I bought 3 sets of these. My wife, me and my daughter in law. They are a$$. I expected alot better quality for the price. The mic will not retract on none correctly. We have problems with sound being diconnected. We are talking about 3 different computers. Different brands and model computers. I have used Razor products before but this model just sucks. I have tried about 3 hours today and about 2 hours last night so people could hear me in game to get Discord to work. No reason why to spend this amount of money for a POS to not work correctly.

Review: Me gustó mucho el “Sensa HD Haptics”, lo configuré en el modo controlado (solo se activa con los sonidos bajos) y el efecto es muy bueno, como si tuvieras el sonido muy alto, pero sin dañar los oídos por lo mismo.Silent Hill 2 en PC tiene integración directa y está padre como se activa la vibración cuando golpeas o recibes un ataque.No los siento pesados ni enormes, están muy bien construidos y por último, el conectarlos al PS5 sin problema por USB, es excelente.
