Title: start conservatively when you first get it
Review: I am a medical care provider. I own an expensive laser which costs many thousands compared to this one that costs hundreds.I used the Laser for 30 minutes yesterday on setting P3. It was definitely too longband too high a setting but I got instantly phenomenal results the next morning. I did it tonight for 20 minutes on P1 setting and I have to tell you, make no mistake, this thing is a medical device, not some kind of gimmicky toy.With cautious use I think it’s going be a really great asset to healing or at least mitigating the effects of arthritis and age on my tender feet and ankles. I am pleased with the purchase.

Title: Must have for leg aches or neuropathy
Review: We purchased this item as a recovery process for neuropathy after a back surgery. I had some sharp pain in my feet, a friend recommended a red light therapy for improving blood circulation. I was a bit skeptical about this, but it works and provides gentle relief. Amazing product.

Title: Good results using it for my Achilles
Review: The red light therapy boot works for me. It has 160 dual wavelength LEDs. Each led has 3 chips. 2 emit 850 and the other 660. The timer can be set from 10-90 minutes . There are 5 energy levels with temps from 95-113.6F. It also has 3 pulse modes. I did 30 minutes twice per day on energy setting 3 and alternated between fast pulse and steady on and noticed relief after 2 sessions on my Achilles’ tendon. I tried energy level 5 but it felt like my skin was burning. 3 was easily tolerableWould recommend.

Title: Improved both foot pain and skin on feet.
Review: I’m in my late 60’s and have a lot of foot pain, especially after working out on the treadmill. I’ve been using this light device for about 2 months, every other day for 30 minutes at level 3. My foot pain has decreased a lot, enabling me to work out much more frequently.In addition (TMI alert), I have had very dry and cracked skin on the soles of my feet for many decades. Nothing has really helped with this, until I used the light device. Although I did not buy the device for this purpose, my soles have not looked this good in decades, with the cracks becoming almost nonexistent. A very pleasant surprise.

Title: Worth the money!!
Review: Love it! It helps to relax my feet after a long day of playing racket sports or doing chores around the house. It’s not overheated which makes it comfortable to leave my feet in for 40-50 min while I read/watch TV!! Highly recommend it!

Title: Red light therapy – hogwash!
Review: I have had foot issues for many years. I would encounter pain when wearing shoes and also at night with blankets on my feet. The red light therapy has been very effective in reducing the pain in my feet. I use the red light therapy twice a day for 40 minutes each time. The issues with my shoes and blankets at night have been dramatically improved. I will continue to use the therapy to further reduce my pain and to keep my feet from hurting. I find the boot style very easy to use and convenient.
