Title: Sure beats an oral thermometer !
Review: Very easy to use, nothing to sterilize, nor disposable sleeves to deal with as you would with an oral thermometer. Just point it at the patient’s forehead and press the trigger. It instantly displays accurate temperature. Very inexpensive and works really well. Even comes with a drawstring storage pouch.My only wish is that it had an actual on/off switch. It times out and powers off after 30 seconds or so, but after I put it away into its pouch I find myself listening for the beep to tell me that it really powered off. I know this is a very minor thing but I’m diligent about turning off anything which runs on batteries for fear of finding them exhausted when I need to use it again.

Title: Worked great for 4 yrs, then stopped
Review: This is so easy to use and read. It was used heavily for 4 yrs and then suddenly stopped working. I’m happy with what I got for my money. It has been WAY easier than using and reading a traditional oral thermometer. Way less germ sharing than a digital oral thermometer. Will buy again

Title: Not accurate
Review: So disappointed in this. It is not accurate at all.Save your money and get a regular dependable one. I read reviews I tried to make sure I was getting a good product. I’ve had it since the end of November and used it maybe a handful of times it’s always read low, temps from day one have read under the normal 98.5 but u assumed this was okay… after using it today when my son was clearly sick & running a fever it still keep reading low the highest it went to was 93 so I ran to the store and grabbed a different one, my sons temp was 101 he was burning up but it’s still only reading reading 91.4 with his real temp being 101….. my return period is up so I guess I stuck with it. I’m looking for a way to reach out to the company but so far no luck. I’d like a replacement that works or a refund.

Title: Non-Contact Thermometer – Finally an excellent product after 2 prior tries
Review: I have been on the hunt for a non-contact thermometer. I bought 2 thermometers in 2 separate purchases that seemed to be what I was looking for. They were a huge disappointment. I found eZthings on my third attempt. I am happy to say I finally found exactly what I was looking for. Well made, nicely packaged and presented. For the first time I felt I was getting something that was well made. The previous ones appeared used and came in very poor packaging. This thermometer is good quality and easy to use. In short it does not look and feel cheap. The box was actually wrapped in plastic – what a concept! I am very happy with this and am happy to say I will not have to return it like the two others before it. Yeah! Finally!

Title: Inaccurate after about two years
Review: Worked fine for a couple of years, then became quite inaccurate. We had a sick family member develop a fever. It was registering around 100 for a couple of days. The person was burning up, so we questioned the reading and used a conventional thermometer. The actual temperature was 103 and potentially dangerous. Fortunately, we caught it. Not a bad product, but would just recommend using another thermometer occasionally to check accuracy. I assume the warranty expired, so throwing this one out.

Title: Not accurate
Review: Well.. I just got this and I don’t know what to say about it. I took my temperature and it was lower than the reading I took this morning. Nothing is wrong with me. But I just took my young niece’s temperature and it was accurate twice. I don’t know what the problem is with this. I’m going to try taking my mother’s temperature and see what I get. I just took my mother’s temperature 3 times and I got 3 different readings each time. Doesn’t make sense… I can’t recommend this. And this was something expensive too! I’m not happy!

Review: It has the right functions. But the readings are inaccurate. My daughter had bad fever, but this thermometer read her temperature 36.5c while she has chills. So I tried another thermometer and it read 39.5!
