Title: Elegant, Insightful, and Surprisingly Powerful — A Ring That Knows You
Review: I’ve been wearing the Samsung Galaxy Ring since its launch, and it’s genuinely transformed how I track my health without the bulk of a smartwatch. Crafted from lightweight titanium (2.3–3 g, 2.6 mm thick), it fits comfortably all day—even in the shower or while sleeping—yet is packed with an accelerometer, optical heart‑rate sensor, and skin‑temperature sensor for continuous, precise biometricsThe seamless Bluetooth connection to my Galaxy phone syncs data into Samsung Health, where Galaxy AI analyzes sleep quality, heart variability, activity, SpO₂, and intuitive Energy Scores—no subscription needed. Battery life lasts about a week, and the included charging cradle makes recharging effortles. What impresses me most is the combination of jewelry-like elegance and deep health insight. The ring is stylish, water-resistant to 10 ATM, and Samsung’s AI-powered wellness tips are genuinely helpful. Sleep-stage tracking is detailed, step and heart-rate accuracy is reliable, and Energy Scores help me balance activity and rest. It’s Android‑only and not the cheapest at launch ($399), but if you’re in the Samsung ecosystem and want a sleek, smart wellness tool that feels like a normal ring, this is a game‑changer!

Title: Must have for all Samsung users
Review: The ring is incredibly lightweight and comfortable—I forget I’m even wearing it. It has a premium titanium feel and looks clean and modern, not bulky at all. I can wear it all day and night, even while sleeping or working out, without any irritation. Sleep tracking is where it really shines. The insights are detailed and accurate, and I’ve actually started changing some habits based on what it tells me. It also tracks heart rate, steps, skin temperature, and stress levels seamlessly—all without needing to check a screen constantly.

Title: Takes some adjusting to get used to, but for the better
Review: I’ve had a Samsung Galaxy watch almost since they first came out, and I felt as though I was always compelled to look at the data and track everything, all the time. I thought that wearing the ring instead of the watch would help cut that “chatter” down in my head. I’ve had the ring a month and sometimes I still panic that I don’t have my watch on.The good things: I think the sleep readings are actually better with the ring than the watch (this was my primary driver for the purchase). Also, you can wear the ring in the shower, washing dishes or other “wet” errands, which makes those tasks much easier to deal with. I find that I charge it twice a week rather than once a day. ( No matter what they said, I never got more than about 28 hours charge on my watch. ) My watch was bluetooth only, so I did not receive phone calls or texts on it. That (obviously) is the same as the ring. But in general, l felt as though I had to look at my watch data all the time. With the ring, the data is still there — but it is on your phone. Looking at it is a little more intentional. My actions aren’t driven by the data I see on my watch.Any cons: There are a couple of self-monitoring programs I use all the time that don’t immediately connect with the Ring. While its possible that they will in the future, it is also possible that I won’t really care about this in the future. These programs connect with Samsung Health, and the ring connects with Samsung Health, so the information is available for viewing if I want to see it.My adjustment period has been more in the lines of wanting to be more intentional about my use of data collecting devices. I don’t think I need to monitor myself for everything, all the time. I wear a regular (old type) wristwatch for time, and take it off when I come home from work. My phone has the time on it anyway, and I do carry my phone when I’m out for a walk or a run. ( When I first got a Samsung watch, I wasn’t carrying my phone all the time. ) I also like the lightness of the ring . I don’t notice wearing it at all, and I just don’t feel quite as tethered to a device. I wear it on my 2nd finger — my first finger is a weird shape that doesn’t seem to lend itself to a ring. Absolutely no one has commented on it, and I’m fine with that.

Title: Impressed – light & accurate (quiet tech)
Review: I was skeptical but, after a week of use, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I have a smart watch but I really don’t wear it often. I prefer my old analogs and the battery life on the smart watch leaves a lot to be desired. I need simplicity and I don’t need another screen on my life. I’ve been wearing the ring on my ring finger in place of my wedding band. It looks good and the measurements have been incredibly accurate. The heart rate feature has matched finger pulse measurements and the sleep tracking matches exactly sleep and wake times. And, most impressively, what it records for distance and pace during my runs has been spot on.. outside on road AND on my treadmill.UPDATED REVIEW -The ring stopped working after 5 months. I sent it back to Samsung. That in itself was a fraught process. Samsung website does not even have the Ring listed as an item that might need service. I had to get on the phone to have a service rep provide a return ticket. Samsung then instructs you to send the item back without attachments. So I pack it up and send it. After it is received I get a message indicating not sent with charging cradle. And to add insult to injury, they say the ring (5 months old) is out of warranty. ??? So I call; experience lots of phone tree runaround until I get someone live. He tells me you owe money because of impact damage. I say, NO, there has never been any impact damage. It stopped working overnight. The customer service person says well there are no pictures in my file and that department is closed for the evening. Can you call back tomorrow?I have a job and I have followed the procedure. Called during the hours they indicated. Got the run around and then been told “out of warranty – impact damage” which is complete and utter BS.So – NO – I do not recommend the ring. Just gonna chalk it up to a product not ready for market and a company with poor customer service. Going to by the Oura and then consider this a life lesson. Also – will re-think my future Samsung purchases.

Review: Misleading information, in the image and headline description it states 11 size and in the image you can clearly see size 14,15 but after I got it there is only 9 in it up until 13, and I actually needed to test size 14!!This is Misleading customers and such product blend advertised in a Misleading way should be banned!!!It’s useless to me I already had 13 size ring and wanted to test if 14 would fit better now I paid for nothing basically!!!
