Title: Great customer service.
Review: I bought this item to put at the foot of my bed for seating and storing shoes on the shelves beneath the bench. The color and size matched what I had ordered. It is very sturdy and looks great. There is also a handy storage area beneath the seat pad for small items. When the item arrived it was damaged. I was promptly contacted by customer service and they sent me a replacement and all is well.

Title: Disappointed with color
Review: This product really benefitted from having a second set of hands to assemble. It was “easy” and simple assembly but difficult without a second person to help keep the shelves level.For those struggling with the leg assembly, the initial step, I placed my bench over my coffee table so that I could still assemble it upright.It is sturdy and decent quality, but if was not good value. This is way overpriced.That being said, my biggest disappointment is the color. Almost all of the photos shown look how I wanted this piece, with a neutral dark wood and a dark leather top. The wood is very red toned, and the leather is a chocolate brown. After opening it and not being happy with the color, I went back through the listing and really only feel 1 photo that I can see on my phone screen that even remotely reflects what I got, so pay attention to that when purchasing. The photos I am uploading are the piece in my space, and the only listing photo that came close to matching the color in-person; but, even those side-by-side my leather top is much lighter/chocolate colored than the listing photo.Thank you for reading 😊
