Title: Expensive but works
Review: This product works but it is very expensive and I found that for the price and the amount of product you get is not worth me purchasing it again. I suppose if I only used it once a week it would have lasted me longer. Or if it was in a jar and not a pump. But I used it daily and it was gone in month. One time purchase for me unfortunately.

Title: BE AWARE OF SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE HENCE 1 STAR – PRODUCT IS A 5 STAR
Review: Be aware of subsribe and save for this product. I have subscribe and save for this since it cost alot and it was cheaper that way. I did not need my back up one until today. When I opened it, it would not expel the cream in the right pump. Only the left side of the pump worked. I tried to exchange it, but the last date to return it was in October. I called customer service since Amazon has always been so wonderful to help with problems. However, this time they would not help. It is past the return window, even though it is broken! So my advice to you is it is a wonderful product although it is pricey, I will not buy another for awhile (because of the cost). If you have subscribe and save for this product, my whole reason for this review is to tell you when you receive your bottle check it right away! I wish I had. The only problem with that is now it won’t be fresh if you don’t need it for awhile. Since this has happened to my pump, I have checked into this product and it looks as though this has been a problem for some with only one side of the pump working. All the more reason to check it works when you receive it.

Title: ADDICTED to Skin Medica
Review: I have been using Skin Medica products for 17+ years. The TNS is an Incredible skin cream. When you first start using it, you’ll notice a little redness on your forehead – forget it. It’ll go away.I stopped using it after six months in the beginning just to see if there was a difference in my skin. There was a total difference! I needed more moisturizer. My skin felt dry, the texture looked different and my skin looked dull..I see that people have problems with the pump. Just shake it or turn it upside down for a little bit and it’ll start coming back out again.As for the price, it takes a year to get rid of this product, using it twice a day religiously. It only takes one pump to cover your whole face and I also do my neck. I usually go brush my teeth to give it a chance to soak in before I put on my moisturizer.I just turned 73 and there is no one who thinks I am even close to my age….I am addicted!This pic is out of the shower, no makeup, no touch up.

Title: Dispensing issue
Review: I’ve used this product for a while. My dermatologist recommended and I purchased from them multiple times. When I saw it was available from Amazon, I ordered to save myself a trip to the dermatologist. I opened the box when I ran out of the bottle I was using (I always have the bottle upside down). The pump only worked on one side. I tried a few times and decided to send it back and go to my dermatologist to get it. It’s too expensive to only use 1 of the sides. My past bottle may be a little finicky but they always end up dispensing on both sides. They received my return weeks ago and are still evaluating it. There is literally 3 pumps missing from one side of the bottle because it didn’t work. SkinMedica claims to stand by their product for 30 day. I will update review with outcome. When the pump functions properly, the product works but I am rating today based on dispensing functionality of what I received and potential return issues.Update: it look a very long time but I was refunded. I am updating this to 3 stars because it does work. I can’t give it 5 stars because the pump was defective on two bottles of this so far.

Review: I purchased 5 bottles. The pump cover of the first bottle came off loose and it could not pump; so I returned that bottle. I opened up all other 4 bottles to check and the pumps were working. However, after 2 uses, cream from 1 chamber of the 2nd bottle is not pumping out; so now I am only having the benefit of 1 of the cream and I am not sure that means that I am deriving the full benefits of this product. I am using the second bottle and again only the clear liquid is coming out but the whitish creamy liquid does not pump out. I break the pump and noticed that one of the chambers is virtually empty !!! Very unhappy with the product

Review: Love this product, saves my facial skin for hurting with dryness by 10am. But the application can be tricky. So this is what you do. Every. Time.1. Turn it upside down.2. Hit the bottom ~3 times with the heel of your hand.3. Keeping it upside down, then pump out product.I have never had problems with getting both solutions out with this protocol.

Review: I’ve been using this serum for years. I will never buy it again. As others have mentioned , the pumps don’t work properly. There are two fluids that come out of two different pumps, which you’re supposed to blend together. Instead only pump worked at first, and then only second pump worked, and now neither of them do. A complete waste of my money!
