Title: Beautiful and thoughtfully designed bassinet
Review: I absolutely love this bassinet! It’s not only beautiful (which is rare for bassinets!), but also incredibly convenient. It adjusts easily to the height of your bed, and one side lowers so you can pick up your baby without much effort during the night — a total game-changer. I also really appreciate the built-in incline bar for reflux. Every detail feels well thought out. Highly recommend for both function and aesthetics!

Title: Worst Experience
Review: SO ANNOYED. From the minute we received this package the box was taped up so haphazardly. It was clearly a return someone had made (the original address of the person it was sent to was STILL ON THE BOX). Since our baby is coming so soon we decided to still put it together despite our guts telling us this was probably a bad idea.The stand comes together fine and then as we are putting the bassinet together we find we are missing one of the rods (we received 4/5). We called Snuzpod service because Amazon doesn’t even have the one we ordered in stock anymore. We didn’t want to return we just wanted the piece we were missing. Snuzpod service then told us they can’t send us a piece and we need to wait for them to get back to us via email with next steps. Now we have to break down this bassinet, repack it, send it back with no clear idea on if we are even getting a replacement one or if we have to get a completely different bassinet because they seem to be sold out of this one/color.Just the worst experience. We were so excited, but now my wife is already looking for different bassinets…don’t order.

Review: So easy to assemble, took less than 30 minutes. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. I love the mesh material, it makes it very breathable and reassuring to know the airflow is great. Its a perfect size for beside the bed and sturdy enough that we often drag it through to her room for naps or just different parts of the house. Great value for money in comparison to other cribs on the market that dont necessarily have all the features like this such as the rocking, easy to manoeuvre and the detachable aspect. Also nice clean simple design, perfect for any bedroom.
