Product Description: The ZV-E10 II features a 26-megapixel1 APS-C back-illuminated Exmor R™ CMOS image sensor, wide selection of interchangeable lenses, advanced audio and features for content creators, like Creative Looks and Cinematic Vlog setting to enhance creative expression. Intuitive touch operation and flip-out vari-angle LCD with rotating UI makes shooting both horizontal and vertical video a breeze. Exmor R CMOS sensor: The ZV-E10 II features Sony’s most advanced sensor technology in an APS-C back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor with approximately 26 megapixels. Compared to other cameras, the image sensor of the ZV-E10 II is approximately ten times bigger than the average smartphone sensor and three times bigger than a premium 1-type (1-inch) sensor found in compact cameras, allowing for beautiful, professional-looking images with high resolution and intricate detail. Interchangeable lenses to capture your vision : From the G Master series, which blends breathtaking resolution with exquisite bokeh, to the G Lens series with first-class image quality, the ZV-E10 II is compatible with a wide range of E-mount lenses from Sony. The ZV-E10 II lens kit comes with the versatile E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS II zoom lens. Create your look in camera: The Creative Look function makes it simple to create expressive moods for stills and movies in-camera, offering 10 presets that can be used as they are or customized. Try the My Image Style function for further expressive versatility. When shooting in the Intelligent Auto or Scene Selection mode, it allows the background bokeh, brightness, and color tone to be easily adjusted via icons on the touch screen. Precise subject tracking with Real-time Eye AF: Real-time Eye AF recognizes—with high precision—the faces and eyes of humans, as well as the eyes of animals and birds, for consistently accurate and reliable focus. Real-time Tracking ensures that focus is maintained on the subject as it moves around in the frame. Capture those fleeting moments: With up to 60 fps in 4K and 120 fps capture in Full HD, you can record stunning motion sequences using the S&Q mode at 5x slow motion (HD 24p playback). Time-lapse sequences can be created in-camera and the exposure interval can be set from 1 second to 60 seconds. Continuous still shooting with the camera’s electronic shutter is possible at up to 11 fps with full AF/AE tracking.

It’s highly portable, being lightweight and ideal for on-the-go shooting. The camera is also versatile, thanks to its interchangeable lenses that offer creative flexibility, and it’s easy to use with an intuitive interface and reliable autofocus. On the downside, it lacks an electronic viewfinder, and its battery life could be better, so carrying spare batteries is recommended.Overall, the Sony Alpha ZV-E10 II is a highly recommended choice for vloggers, streamers, and photographers seeking a compact system with strong image and video quality. But I’ve had this for about a year now and like I said I use it for about 4 hours a day as a webcam, sometimes as a regular camera and fan of it, I usually use it in 4k in my room gets pretty warm, it’s off and around 80° in my room and I can remember once or twice it shut off from overheating so it doesn’t really seem to have major overheating problems but if you think about it if you run it in 4k for hours and hours and hours and it only overheats occasionally in an 80° room that’s not too bad so yeah, great camera Reviewer: Natucha Rating: 5.0 out of 5 stars Title: So far good! Review: Well I jumped from a QX1 to this “monster”It has a lot of features like they really listened to customers. When using manual lenses (either alpha with manual zoom, or analogs with adapter) you can zoom the screen to get better idea of the focus. And like that a lot of “mini” tools that are great for the day by day, I wont talk about photo quality or specs, you probably saw 100 videos of that, and specially the 10 bit thing on videos. It feels right. I miss the physical shooter that I had in the QX1, like a real reflex camera feeling. At some point you will say “but its almost like my phone…”But then you will get a decent lens, and you will say “woaaaa” Still relatively new, so I cant get stuff like a metal frame for protection (I’m still looking for one)But batteries are the big sony standard battery used in reflex cameras. So thats an easy one. Battery last like forever. So if you have a second battery, you will be ok for long time.I miss the glass windows to check the picture without looking trough a screen, but screen has a great contrast and I didn’t have any issues looking or checking the screen under the direct sun light. So far its a solid camera. One thing that I would love would be that some day the camera could just upload the pictures to a share folder, or ftp, or even a file services like dropbox, etc. For now, or you either sync with the phone (will be fast since is wifi 5ghz) but still phone -> cellphone -> storage in cloud or network, and difficult to track which photo you already copied. What I do is take the SD out put it on a SD reader on my phone and move the pictures to Synology, via the photo app. or share folder via total commander (on vpn or locally). And, yet, it didn’t come with a charging cable, the battery was exhausted, and I tried to charge it with my own Sony cable and it wouldn’t take a charge. Like others have said: “why sell a problem.” I had such high hopes for this little camera to be a quality Sony product to go along with my others, but all I got was an expensive disappointment. Reviewer: Katy Rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars Title: Great camera but need a usb-c cable Review: Lens quality is good. Build quality is great. It’s really easy to use. The battery life is good, I haven’t noticed any problems with it. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because I didn’t know it doesn’t come with a battery charger. I feel like the listing should make that clearer. When it arrived, the included battery was so low that it died during the initial setup moments after I turned it on. I was so bummed that I was going to have to buy a battery charger and wait another day for it to arrive to use the camera. Luckily, I did some research and found out that you can actually use the camera AND charge the battery with a usb-c cable. Thankfully I had one of those laying around. So, if you don’t have a usb-c cable already, make sure you buy one when you order this camera so you don’t freak out like me and can actually use your camera when it arrives. I record videos mostly in my house or car and it will overheat and ask to be shut off after like 5-10 minutes of continuous recording at 4k which is troubling. Also I don’t like that it always does a lens check when powered on and you need to leave the lens cap on for a few seconds.Otherwise, it records good quality video and focus is pretty good too! Reviewer: Mike Miller Rating: 1.0 out of 5 stars Title: Review: DOESN’T TURN ON – SAME ON 2 KITS!Same issue as Ivan – received the camera, charged it, light showed it was charging and… Nothing.I returned the first one and ordered a second. Same issue. I figured it must be me / the charger etc. Used the supplied USC on multiple outlets, same thing every time.Called Sony on the second one, they confirmed it’s a “fault” and needs to be returned. So that’s 2/2 with the same issue, which Sony confirmed as an actual issue, not just user error. Is really annoying as I’d bought a range of lenses, smallrig accessories etc, some of which I can’t return. Now looking at someone else – this was 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a refund on both units so almost £2,000 down atm!
