Title: excellent new edition
Review: I love the new edition. Better organized than the previous one and now more readable, it actually reads almost like a novel. The authors should have included more information on street fentanyl and it’s pharmacology though. Fentanyl is the most important opioid in addiction at the moment! And the authors know it….

Title: Good book but misses boat on cannabis
Review: The addiction community are profoundly helpful with opioids, stimulants, alcohol, etc., but they remain dangerously misinformed about cannabis — it is not Satanic Lettuce! It is a gateway OUT of addiction, but several Drug War-era myths persist in this otherwise invaluable textbook.
