Review: Ordered the Tony for my granddaughter. We had difficulty setting up the Tony Box, was not sure if it was our WIFI o something else – contacted support and after working with them for quite a bit of time, they instructed us to return the product and they would replace it. The new Tony box arrived before we even shipped the old one. Had no difficulty with the set up. My granddaughter is so happy. It is refreshing to have a company that put’s the customer’s concerns and needs first. Would highly recommend the product and company.

Title: Not working/sending an exchange
Review: I bought this as a Christmas gift but was bought several months ago. I just gave it to my grand daughter and it initially turned on but will no longer work and she just got it today. I buy things in advance so this is the first time it is out of the box and didn’t last a day. Very frustrated with this. I bought 2 one fir each grandchild and theywere not cheap for one not to work and cannot return fir a replacement.As of 12/12 they are sending me a new one and a return label to send back the one that did not work to exchange it. I am very pleased. They reached out in timely manner and are honoring their product with an exchange. I am very happy with that
