Title: Essential for walks on rural roads
Review: Very manoeuvrable, easy to go over curbs, potholes, gravel roads, grass.Cargo compartment is big and convenient.Looks cool.Very heavy, still big when folded. Excellent for going on walks around the neighbourhood/fair/zoo, but I’m going to get a separate umbrella stroller for when we need something light and easy to transport in smaller vehicles

Title: LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Review: Best purchase we ever made!! I was hesitant because of the price, but it is worth it for us. We have used it on every surface known to man and it does very well. It holds up very well to gravel, snow, ice, and even mud. The locking wheels in the front are very nice and really helps keep the stroller in a straight line. It is very easy to clean and fold up. We recently took this stroller on our trip with us and used it through the terminals. It did amazing! The storage underneath is big and I am able to store the diaper bag as well as our jackets and whatever else we need. I highly suggest this stroller!

Title: Faulty Brakes
Review: We purchased this stroller in 2023, and we are now on our 4th frame because of faulty brakes.When we were in the market for a double stroller, I was so excited to see that Veer had just come out with the &Roll system. We purchased the frame, 2 seats, travel bag, car seat adapters, parents cup holders, and kids snack trays. Basically every accessory they offered and we paid a lot of money for it. But we thought of it as a good investment since Veer had a good reputation with their wagons.When we got our stroller, we were excited because it looked great, the stroller was smooth as butter, my then 2 year old was very comfy, and it looked really easy to clean. Maybe about 6 months into using the stroller on a regular basis, we noticed the brake starting to “stick”. We sent a video to Veer and they at first wanted me to “troubleshoot” and fix it myself. I told them no. If it was another part of the stroller, sure. But I will not try to fix one of the most important safety features of a stroller and possibly do it wrong. Safety of my kids is #1.So they sent me a new frame and I mailed the old one back to them. Things happen, no problem. Then another few months later, the brakes got stuck again. So again, I went through the process of contacting Veer, submitting a video, and having to mail them back the frame. Veer told me they had “updated” their brake system since they did receive multiple complaints similar to mine. Veer told me they were sending me the “updated” frame with the corrected braking system.Then most recently around December or so, the brakes failed yet AGAIN! Veer did send me another frame and I sent the faulty one back. This time, they told us they had inspected the frame thoroughly to ensure there were no issues. So we had to do this process a total of 3 times.I will say that Veer stands behind their product to send a “new” (probably refurbished) frame to us each time we had a problem… but with the price tag, this shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. We spent the money because we wanted quality and durability and that is not what we received.Veer did offer a small store credit for our trouble, but with how expensive their products are, we wouldve maybe only been able to buy another tray or something… which we dont need so their “compensation” really didnt mean much of anything.Overall, we do like the stroller (the fact that the seat turns into a portable high chair has been the biggest plus for us). But we are disappointed that we ran into so many problems with the brakes and I hope that we will not encounter any more issues with our current frame.

Title: Favorite Stroller!
Review: We have 4 kids and have been through a few different strollers… the Switchback system has been by far our favorite. The stroller itself is so sturdy and it handles/maneuvers so smoothly.I appreciate the pockets on the inside of the bottom storage for easy organization and I love having the option to choose different levels of suspension! We are always on the go with our boys and changing up the terrain.The switchback seat is a game changer. We are constantly out at kids games, dinners or the beach and it’s so nice to be able to take the seat off and use it as a high chair, booster or lounger-separate from the stroller.My husband is 6’5 and the handle bar adjusts higher than any other stroller which is a nice bonus for him too!

Title: Easy to use
Review: We got the switchback seat for our newborn. It is sturdy, easy to use, and clean. When it gets dirty you can just hose it off outside. The shock is great when pushing a newborn. I recommend getting the basic attachment.
