Title: Really good watch for golf
Review: This is the best golf watch I have ever owned. It is light weight, touch screen and screen are very vibrant. After downloading the app and connect to Bluetooth, was easy to use. The first time I used the watch I wasn’t connected to the app and the wind direction wouldn’t work so that was a bummer but once I paired to the app, this worked great. I don’t always play the same course so I really like the hole flyover that gives overview of the hole. I also like that I could set my average drive distance in the watch settings which lets me know if I’m hitting it in the junk and the approach view is great. It shows the green contour which helps me manage my shots into the green. The scorecard is a nice feature too. I’m still learning all the features but I think this is a great watch for the price and the features it offers. I do wish it showed the time of day when I’m playing, but other than that I think it’s a great value.

Title: Unreliably good watch
Review: Great watch, when it works. I received it as a gift. I used it three times and it needed to be “factory reset”. If you have a mac (without a USB) then you will need to purchase an adapter to complete the factory reset. After I completed the factory reset, the watch still does not work. It’s been over a month since it has worked.

Title: Voice Caddie T11 Pro Failure
Review: OK. I was hoping for the best but sadly disappointed. Box did not contain charging wire. I took it out on a trial run this evening. Took quite a long time to get a sat connection. Firstly, the GPS accuracy has been inconsistent, leading to several miscalculations on distances. This has caused confusion during my test run, making club selection much more difficult than it should be.I also encountered issues with it recording strokes, it missed them !!. And had difficulty adjusting its numbers, when it asked me if hole was done and correct stroke I was in the middle of the next fairway. Uhg.. Green feature was a complete failure. Could not set pin or ball. or get any contour reading. Did not even notice I that I had left the green and no score was recorded. When I decided to jump to hole nine it did not recognize my location, I had to manually figure out how to change the hole, which I was able to do, but again it missed one of my shots. I found all of the missed shots and poor green reading to be distracting rather than helpful.Overall, I was hoping for a reliable and user-friendly golf watch, but the Voice Caddie T11 Pro missed the mark for me. I would advise potential buyers to consider other options before committing to this device.

Title: Accuracy
Review: Watch settings aren’t allowing it to accurately track my shots causing me to manually adjust the strokes for 90% of the holes. Still working with technical support on the issue

Title: Customer Service
Review: New to the product and needed to update. called the customer service and luckily for me they are local. Went and the nice Gentleman assisted me and now updated. So I will come back and give review on the device itself. Played two rounds and without the update I did not have all the features, but loved it for the yardages. Rick in Customer service was awesome..

Title: Valuable Course Data
Review: The information available on the course can be overwhelming, but the data you need is there. The mobile app is kinda “wanky” but it will work with adequate patience. I have only played two rounds with the watch but I am more then pleased with its performance. I am sure that once I get more experience with the watch the more useful the presented data will be. I just wish you could add different clubs on the app.
