Title: They Are a Revelation
Review: I found myself listening to old music for hours and hours, and hearing instrumentation I’d never noticed. But that’s not the best thing about these cans. The best thing is the fact that Zildjian is an American company, and you can pick up the phone and talk to someone within a matter of minutes. I bought these as an upgrade to my Bose QC2, and I am happy to recommend you do the same.These headphones are the best I’ve owned. I am not a drummer, but I do have hearing loss, so the automatic EQ adjustment (which is tuned separately for each ear) made subtle changes that add up to a huge difference. I live next to I-285; the noise cancelling function makes the music sound like the traffic noise isn’t even there. Even at low volume, I can hear great detail. They sound even better playing vinyl, CDs, and FLAC files by plugging the detachable 1/8″ patch cable to my head unit. Unlike my old QC2s, these are capable of getting louder than this deafened DJ desires.It’s incredibly refreshing to talk to a human at Zildjian. I’d never get that from Bose. I called twice. The first time, I got someone on the phone immediately. He was able to walk me through the solution. That same day, I left a message for their “headphone guy,” asking if they were already aware of an issue I encountered. Within minutes, I got a call back, informing me that it was indeed a known issue, and they were testing the firmware fix at that very moment. Within days, the firmware issue was resolved.If I were to give my wishlist to Zildjian of what to improve for the second generation, a couple of minor items… the jog wheel is a bit sensitive to pressure, which took a minute to get used to. My ears stick out a bit, so there’s a bit of pressure, and I end up adjusting the headband to the maximum size.I highly, enthusiastically recommend these headphones. I even went on Facebook to tell my friends, especially those whose ears ring like mine. Spend the money. It’ll be worth it.

Title: Zildjian quality is top notch
Review: I’m not an expert on headphones but I’m really impressed with them. They’re really well constructed and the sound quality. Not surprisingly, the percussion (particularly the cymbals) sounds great. The hi-hat sounds for power off and on is a great touch—especially for those who play drums.

Title: Excellent Sounding Headphones
Review: These are really awesome headphones. Stylish and unique with high quality sound. The 10 band equalizer allows customization of the sound to your preferences. The Perfect tune feature is nice but I find it makes the sound too harsh and the treble too bright for my taste so I leave it off. If you want loud headphones then get these, these get the the loudest of any wireless headphone I’ve tried, so much so I can’t listen at max volume because it is just too loud, but it’s great for those older tracks that lack volume and power so then you can pump it up. I love the simple button press for powering on and off. Not really a fan of the led lights only because they stay on constantly when in use (only one blue bar) but the fuel gauge aspect is cool so you can keep an eye on battery level from the headphone from the power on set up. The control knob is a little large and kind of unsightly but works, mostly (sometimes I pause music accidentally when adjusting the volume but that’s on me. I suppose). The app is weird, always has to find the headphone every time you start up and sends you a notification when the headphones are disconnected. Kind of annoying because I turned them off, I know it’s disconnected already. Thanks anyway,I guess. I do love that the app lists battery life in hours left which is super handy. I wish it had USB-C audio as I have no use for the stereo connection, really, but I think it’s a great thing to include, especially for musicians I would imagine. Noise cancelation is Ok, but I wish it had a transparency mode for those quick conversations that come up. Not a dealbreaker for me, but might be for some. When music is playing most outside noise is in fact reduced nicely. Also like that the 2 buttons for power/bluetooth pairing and ANC are recessed so it is unlikely you will hit them accidentally. One final note: the case is a bit odd and a strange shape but works well enough for me. Battery life is really good but I only get about 36 hours and not the reported 45, however my volume is above 50% and I noticed that using the EQ and the Perfect Tune feature will impact the battery life as well. Something to keep in mind. Also comfort is ok, clamping force is strong which will keep them in place but the inner part of the otherwise large ear cups is rather small so the cushion sits on the back of my ear which isn’t ideal and can start to be less comfortable after an hour or so but a little adjustment of the ear cups helps. Overall an excellent product and worth the price, although if on sale they are even better!

Title: Give them a week to burn in and you will love them. They sound great at low and high volumes.
Review: Glad that I didn’t return them. They are all metal and somewhat heavy. But the sound just keeps getting better and better, though initially they were muddy and lacking in treble. I usually have my volume at 100%. But with these I have to turn it down because the base is so powerful you feel it in your chest. The same goes for the treble, though neither are distorted. Both are loud and clear. There also is more detail the longer I listen to my old school R&B hard hitting drums, musical xylophones, high hats, cow bells, guitar riffs, wood wind, and brass instruments with crisp vocals and some separation. The experience is like being in the band instead of being in the audience. But you definitely get a sense of directional sound. Just more intimate from a different perspective.

Title: gorgeous sound, just too tight for my large head
Review: amazing sound (i have a few grado headphones that i love, but the cords get notoriously donked up, so i’m looking for detachable-cord options)unfortunately i have a big head, so extended all the way these were still a little tight AND a little short, and even worse, the cups got behind my ears and were uncomfortable af after just a few minutes.smaller/normal-size heads, i envy you!

Review: I bought this for my husband for his birthday present as this is his favourite band. I was surprised Amazon had a stock as only few limited stores sells Zildjan brand. The quality surpassed other headphones we’ve had before. Sounds was so clear that I’ve heard words from the songs Ive never heard existed from other headphone/earphones. Felt like listening to a raw recording studio. The headphone was express-delivered in 3 days from UK. Very impressed with the quality, style and materials used. This is what headphones should be. Overall, this headphone deserves more than 5 stars
