Title: Easy replacement for Wilkins BR4
Review: I was able to replace my old BR4 regulator in just 10 minutes. This new regulator is factory set to 50 psi, but it’s best to verify this using a water pressure gauge screwed onto a hose bib. As others have said, the rubber gaskets are not included, so purchase a set or reuse the old ones if they are in good shape.

Title: This product includes the wrong-size Union Gaskets.
Review: The newly installed one is shown on the left. It was my 1st time replacing the water pressure reducer and the easiest plumbing install I’ve ever done. I bought the same exact model as my old one so I expected it to fit like a glove. I’m not a plumber. Just trying to save money on labor. It just needed 1 pipe wrench to get the job done.This product does work. It reduced the water pressure to what you set to. You need to buy a water pressure gauge separately to read the current water pressure.My only complain about this product is the right-size Union Gaskets were not included. I went to Home Depot but they did not have them. I had to use the old Union Gaskets temporarily until I find new ones. For $220, this product should have them. The picture on the right shows my old water pressure reducer together with the new wrong-size Union Gaskets that came with this product.

Title: Great fit, no Union gaskets.
Review: This is a great/ exact replacement for a model 1 1/4 BR4. Unfortunately I had to order 2 Union gaskets from Cleveland Plumbing Supply online and wait 1 week for them to come. Cost + shipping was $24. If I ordered the valve with the connection fittings it would have come with the gaskets, but at an additional $110. Gasket part # 604-13 from Zurn.

Review: Strong reputation behind this valve manufacturer. Pressure check proved the valve was working correctly and has an adjustable range almost exactly as is described by the manufacturer. Pretty expensive, but I think buying the best product available for this purpose is a good idea
