Title: Wanted to love
Review: I really wanted to love this. I loved the color, loved the material – it is soft, but the support isn’t the best. I made sure to follow directions and adjust it correctly but it didn’t compare to the back support others provide. I do have a smaller frame and not sure if that was a factor.

Title: Seems great but if you’re petite the shoulder space is too big
Review: Seems good for your back but if you’re petite or have narrow shoulder it won’t work
