Title: Self made man – Sculpture
Review: Very nice sculpture. It’s made of a metal material, it is well sculpted and made. Decent height, wish it could be a little taller for the price though. Still I would recommend it for those that are wanting it.

Title: Man Carving His Own Destiny – Albin Polasek
Review: Some other reviewers are confused as to whose original work this is.It was made by an Austria-Hungarian that immigrated to America. His name was Albin Polasek and he sculpted Man Carving His Own Destiny in1907 it was one of his first major works. The Sower in Chicago and The Spirit of Music in Grant Park are just a few of his other works.He was asked to head the sculpture department at the Art Institute of Chicago as a young man and held that teaching position for over 30 years. As well as being a member of the National Academy of Design, Polasek held many prestigious positions in his field.
