Title: Best value for your money. Get it!
Review: I had been eyeing some of the pricier espresso machines, but what kept me from purchasing one was the size of the bigger ones. They didn’t fit in my space.I watched many reviews and after many searches, this is the one I settled on. I am so glad to have made the right choice. This machine is a dream! If it broke tomorrow, I’d purchase a new one. Super easy to use, well made, looks beautiful and impressive, has a much larger water tank than other machines I’ve owned in the past, so you’re not constantly filling it up, and it doesn’t have extra unnecessary buttons or a fake pressure gauge. Each button has a function.I use soy milk or other plant milks and it works amazingly well. I can feel the milk pitcher heat up in my hand within seconds. The frother has two settings, one for heating milk and when pulled down, for frothing. It makes it easy to control how hot or cold you want your cappuccino or latte to be. Super easy and perfect temperature milk each time. Along with my Lavazza Super Crema Whole Bean Coffee, Medium Espresso, I have not had a bad cup of coffee since.I stopped going out for coffee, what I have at home is much better than what I can get at the best coffee shops.It’s worth every penny.

Title: Excellent value! Make sure to remove the red/orange seal before starting!
Review: **PSA: If your machine leaks is because you did not remove the very bright red seal that it points to be removed in several occasions with different instructions and eveb stickers,during setup**I did research for weeks which was hard because the machine was released recently. But I am very pleased with my purchase.Excellent quality and value for a *home* espresso machine. Espressos are flavorful and crema is great as long as you know how to dial your puck. Think a mix of Dedica arte and ECP 3630 but with a thermoblock.I haven’t seen any bottomless or naked portafilters yet for this machine, so I can’t speak about the quality with an unpressurized filter but overall is a well rounded machine.I recommend doing all your espressos and then steaming milk and do purge your wand before starting so you don’t get any extra water inside (people that complain about this, most high end machines recommend purging!)The panarello wand is not necessarily a flaw but if you want to do latte art. Probably better to detach the panarello, the wand gets milk too hot too fast and too much aeration comes in. (I don’t recommend as it could void your warranty, and you need to secure it to prevent injury. just stating it can be done for the curious)Also recommend doing several rinses to prime the machine. I have not experienced any plasticky flavor.Don’t expect la marzocco espresso quality, but closer to the bambino functionality and flavor, except for the panarello. Great value.

Title: Nearly perfect espresso machine, well worth the money
Review: As a longtime customer of De Longhi, I have seen tremendous improvement in their machines. I was very happy with my last purchase a couple of years ago but unfortunately my little grandson broke the dial while playing with it, so I bought this new model for a lot more money (don’t worry, there are no dials to break). This is by far the best machine for its price on the market, and in fact it is very near to perfection. Read the (admittedly somewhat complicated) instructions carefully and especially don’t neglect to remove the red plastic cord on the bottom of the water reservoir. Once you have set it up and primed it properly it is very easy to use, just plug it in and press the button to start and the button for the number of cups you want (I prefer2, with that filter already installed) and it works automatically. Make sure the espresso is filled and tamped properly–invest in a separate tool for punching little holes in the espresso (really helps) and the heavy metal tamper, since the plastic oneis not very efficient. If done properly the result is a perfect shot every time, with at least 1/2 inch ofcrema and no, or nearly no, residue in the cup. I prefer using the Capuccino size glasses rather than small cups, and also because you can add another shot or two to the glass if desired (see instructions). However, the crema lasts longer in an espresso cup, if that is important for you. Some have complained about water leaking but perhaps they did not remove the red cord from the bottom of the water reservoir; anyway, I have found no water leaking after constant use for over two weaks. Also, the pressure dial has no numbers on it because you don’t need them, it works automatically, perfectly every time and there is no need to do anything. Just enjoy this lovely gem!

Prix imbattable !L’article est arrivé plutôt rapidement, comme d’habitude avec Amazon, livraison standard.Dernier modèle chez De’Longhi, la Linea Classic étonne par ses caractéristiques :- Très stable sur le comptoir de sorte que la tasse reste bien à sa place ;- Comparée à la mienne (la Stilosa), elle est beaucoup moins bruyante ;- Elle est prête à l’emploi en quelques secondes ;- L’espresso produit est à la fois très corsé et délicieux avec une belle mousse sur le dessus ;- Même si les boutons sont déjà programmés pour une ou deux tasses, il est possible d’arrêter ou de réactiver le débit à volonté, ce qui permet de remplir une petite tasse ou une grande tasse.- Le nanomètre est très utile pour afficher la pression ;- Le design est élégant.Je n’ai pas essayé la production de vapeur puisque je ne prépare que de l’espresso.Enfin, je conseille à tous ceux et celles qui ne peuvent commencer la journée qu’après avoir bu une tasse d’espresso d’acheter La Linea Classic, surtout au prix proposé par Amazon.

Review: Waste of money and timeSet the machine up for the first time. Ran through the set up procedures, water started leaking from panel gaps and below. Water was coming out from everywhere but where it was supposed to come out. Ordered a replacement but the same thing happened. Unless you want to waste time and effort returning these don’t even bother. There are better machines out there.
