Title: Quality Monitors
Review: I did quite a bit of research before purchasing these. I bought an Audio Technica ATLP120 with Bluetooth and wanted decent bookshelf Bluetooth monitors. These are nice because the speakers do not need to be connected to each other like many other wireless speakers. These pair wirelessly, so I can move them anywhere in the house, which I love. The sound is quite impressive for 6.5″ drivers, although someday I might want to splurge on a preamp and get a subwoofer. There is no subwoofer output on these, so contemplate that before purchasing. These are a bit more directional than traditional speakers, meaning you may need to angle them towards your listening position to get the best sound. This is typical of powered monitor speakers. Both the woofer and the impressive tweeter have control knobs on the source speaker to adjust treble and bass, allowing you to tailor the sound without an EQ.I’m no audiophile snob so I think these sound great for their size. Obviously, larger speakers push more air and fill a room with sound much better, but these suit my lifestyle and space limitations quite well even in a large vaulted ceiling living room. You’ll hear drum skins pulsating and fingers gliding on guitar strings better than any inexpensive Bluetooth speakers you have lying around the house. Plus, they can be moved anywhere around my home, or I can wire them to my turntable or amplifier in the future if I desire. With Bluetooth 5.0 I really don’t feel it’s necessary to wire these speakers, but opinions vary regarding compression loss. I certainly can’t hear the difference. My only complaint is that they arrived extremely well packaged and yet still had a chip out of the top particle board speaker edge. I almost sent them back, but decided to touch it up with black paint. It’s hardly noticeable now but very disappointing. Also, their website won’t let you register these speakers for warranty. It’s not an available option, so you have to email them with your serial number and receipt if you have any issues.I seriously considered the Klipsch “The Sevens speakers”, as I grew up in a “Klipsch Fanboy Family” with 15″ Klipsch horn speakers with Altec Lansing theatre tweeters. They literally shook paintings off our walls. The Sevens also have 6.5″ drivers like the Edifiers and use an arguably better tweeter, but they were about $400.0 more expensive, and still need to be wired together. If money and cabling your speakers together isn’t an issue, they might be worth considering if you’re a Klipsch guy or gal. They look amazing. At the end of the day I spent about $1400 on a decent entry-level turntable with a wonderful pair of bookshelf speakers that I can connect to literally anything via Bluetooth. I don’t think anyone could go wrong buying these speakers. As with everything in life, it really comes down to how much you want to spend. Brands like Linn, Audio Research and McIntosh aren’t available on Amazon, but if someday they are… I’ll harvest a kidney and get the home audio system of my dreams!UPDATE: Turns out that my damaged wooden cabinet was more serious than I thought. I noticed the right speaker seemed a bit dominant, but thought it was in the recording of my first vinyl. purchase When I bought Radiohead OK Computer I definitely noticed that the sound wasn’t bright. I’ve listened to that album more than than I probably should have over the years. When I put my ear to the left speakers tweeter I found that no sound was coming out. Can’t believe I didn’t notice it sooner, and even more shocked that Edifier would send out a damaged speaker. Getting a refund and wondering if I should roll the dice on another pair. I might get those Klipsch Sevens instead. Very disappointed.

Title: I love these Edifier speakers…
Review: These are very easy to setup. You just need to have an electric socket close by to plug each speaker in to. Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. These speakers do not need any wire going between them, they connect to each other wirelessly. The speakers are surprisingly heavy and that’s a good thing. There’s nothing cheap about these speakers and that includes the price, but the sound is awesome and they will crank up and still have good clarity. I have two pairs of them…

Title: Amazing speakers
Review: I bought these after having bought the smaller Edifier R1280T speakers for my study. I was blown away by those, so much so that I immediately went and bought the S3000 Pro speakers for my living room, because I knew the sound I would be getting. The S3000 Pros are much larger, more expensive, speakers and obviously more powerful and they sound better than the R1280T (which themselves sound excellent). I love the Bluetooth technology in the S3000 Pro so no wires needed from the master speaker to the slave speaker. It’s just plug and play and good to go.The sound is amazing. It just pops. The clarity is exquisite, it’s like having a live band in your room. I use it for watching tv, movies and when guests are around I just Bluetooth connect it to my phone and voila – evening’s entertainment of crystal clear 80s music! Heaven! Thank you Edifier for this. I have 2x sets of your speakers!I went the whole hog and also bought the dedicated stands for the S3000 Pro. If you have the budget, do this. They look amazing on them and you just can’t comprehend putting them on any speaker stands other than the ones that were specifically made for them. The ONLY thing I don’t like about it is the fact that the speakers just sit on the dedicated stands. They don’t screw on or anything. You get a little paranoid that they might topple over, so make sure you position them properly. They’re heavy speakers so they won’t move around, but still. You don’t want your kids running around these speakers when they’re sitting on their stands.

Title: Better than $8000 Klipsch Premiere Home Theater!
Review: I used FOSPOWER 12k gold plated RCA audio cables. I put the volume at 75%. I aimed the tweeters directly at my face, with both speakers placed on the ground. I played TTU by Wacka Flaka Flame and Flosstradamus. I swear to God my room sounded like a high end nightclub, maybe better. The floor shook. The bass was LOUD and 100% clear. I have Alpine Type R 12″ subs in the trunk of my car. I hear every type of low end bass from these Edifier speakers that my car subs put out. The highs were crispy and accurate. Absolutely no distortion. AMAZING POWERFUL SOUND!!!!!!In the past, I have had the best home theater receivers with high end audiophile speakers on different channels. I used to have to keep turning the volume up and down between speaking scenes and action scenes, and yes, I had the dynamic range set properly. This Edifier S3000Pro beats a home theater hands down and in multiple areas; sound quality, bang for the buck, versatility, connectivity, easy set up, and the amount of space it takes up in a room. There are EQ controls in the back of the main speaker, but just keep them zeroed out. They sound perfect.I had to put padding on things in the room, because the bass was so strong. I listened to Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven, and my eyes teared up. I don’t care who you are or what you listen to, movies, music, or gaming, BUY THESE SPEAKERS!!!!

Review: I spend 10s of thousands of dollars on some of my systems. I have 4 systems from Edifier all are powered. I am glad to say I have not had any problems with any of them. The 3000 pros are out standing for the price. Great product. Keep up the good work.

Review: I bought the HD6 and was disappointed by the sound, as it lacked oomph. To my untrained ears, they were airy and muddy, even after the break-in period (and feeding it high-res audio on Tidal). I had to make myself like the sound (after spending close to S$1,200). I got the S3000pro as a replacement, ready to be disappointed. I was not.Unlike the HD6, I didn’t have to place them on stands or experiment with the placement to get a good audio experience. Now, my room is nowhere ideal for acoustics. The left speaker is just a few centimetres from the window grill, and the right is a few centimetres from my full-height wardrobe. But it doesn’t seem to affect the sound. On Spirited Away, I could hear every footstep, every creaking door, every splash of water, every sound effect with gorgeous clarity. On Fellowship of the Ring (extended), during the scene where Gandalf spoke the Black Speech at the Council of Elrond, my entire room shook! On Taylor Swift’s Look What You Made Me Do, I could hear every layer during the last chorus. On Bon Jovi’s You Give Love a Bad Name, the drum is superb. I love AC/DC’s It’s a Long Way to the Top on the speakers; it’s like they are playing right in front of me. Diana Damrau’s Queen of the Night was just gorgeous, with the orchestra and her stratospheric vocals.
