Title: Huawei’s Are Great, Fantastic Watch, But This One Has A Couple Quirks
Review: The normal Huawei product, very special, very robust, great APP, and a great addition to my Huawei family of watches. I wear the D Watch for sleep in order to take my blood pressure throughout the night. This product is one I wear during the day on days where I wear my silver Oura ring. It is accurate and gorgeous. On other days, I wear my Cyber GT with one of the multitude of bands and faces available for that watch. I love Huawei. But I only gave four stars for a couple reasons: First, the APP has problems tracking three watches and tends to delete one of them when not in use. Garmin would never do that and I hope Huawei fixes it. Second, this GT-5 gets disconnected from the APP occasionally, which is aggravating. Perhaps it is a problem with my bluetooth settings on my Pixel phone. I will check. But overall this is a great watch and — knowing how great Huawei is — I am sure it will ultimately fix the two bugs.

Review: Das ist jetzt meine 4. Smartwatch von Huawei, meine 3. pro. Vorweg: Nach den Erfahrungen der ersten Tage hält der Akku sehr lange durch, das macht einen Verbrauch von 8% pro Tag. Damit ist der Akku besser als bei meiner letzten 3pro. Insgesamt ist bei den Sportarten außer Tauchen nicht so viel hinzugekommen, aber vorher wurden schon sehr viele Sportarten angeboten. Golfen brauche ich nicht.Sehr gut aufgefallen ist mir, dass die Pulsanzeige richtig genau ist – zur Kontrolle habe ich mein excellentes Life Fitness Ergometer.: Nicht mal ein Pulsschlag Abweichung. GPS ist perfekt, schnell gefunden und im Vergleich mit Lauffreunden arg genau. Ich liebe die Schlafaufzeichnung: Wenn ich mich morgens beim Aufstehen gerädert fühle, öffne ich die App und weiß warum.Wenn man ein iPhone hat, stehen einem allerdings einige wenige Funktionen nicht zur Verfügung, aber persönlich stört’s mich überhaupt nicht.Dass man mit NFC mit der Watch nicht bezahlen kann, was soll’s? Dann nehme ich eben mein iPhone. Für mich ist das ein Luxusproblem.Alles in allem: Ich weiß nicht, was man an dieser Uhr noch besser machen kann. Aber vermutlich kaufe ich mir später dann doch die HUAWEI Watch GT 6 pro.Fazit: Diese Uhr besteht aus Materialien, die für die Ewigkeit gedacht sind, sie sieht richtig gut aus (selbst an meinem schmalen Handgelenk) und hat richtig viele Funktionen, die es allerdings zu entdecken gilt.6 Monate später:Ich liebe diese Smartwatch. Obwohl ich mit der Uhr so manches Mal am Putz und Stein vorbeigeschrammt bin, haben weder Gehäuse noch Glas noch Armband Kratzer oder Abnutzungsspuren. Die Materialien sind nicht nur edel sondern richtig robust und nachhaltig.
