Title: Beautiful and well made
Review: At first, I was skeptical about buying this type of faucet for cheap. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. This has been a great faucet so far. we have been using it for about 6 months now without any complaints.Pros:-color and finish is beautiful-Spray feature is strong and works well-has great flow-the handle has a nice firm feel like many of the higher end brands-the flexibility and range is excellent-Installation was very easyCons:I honestly do not have any cons about this faucet.If this is the style of faucet you are looking for, go ahead and pull the trigger on it. I would highly recommend to anyone that is worried about it being cheaply made.

Title: Excellent faucet, outstanding value
Review: Because of the price, I was worried that the quality would’t be there. We went ahead with it, because we’re hoping to renovate the kitchen eventually … if we love the faucet, we’ll keep it. If not, it will tide us over. Happily, it has been impressive so far. I’ll update if anything changes.The design is thoughtful; the build quality is solid; the temperature cartridge seems as good as any; the finish is perfect. And, unlike some faucets, it was designed to be very easy to install. The mounting nut is solid brass, and has a couple of screws that let you do the final tightening with a screwdriver—something you can easily fit into the tight space between the underside of the sink and the wall. The hoses and connectors seem like good quality. I like to spend as little time as possible crawling around under a sink, and Kraus has made my life easier than they might have.The hose extension works smoothly. The spray button is designed to reset on its own to regular flow. A nice touch.My only complaint is that the spray head itself is made out of plastic, not the confidence-inspiring plated brass of the rest of the faucet. But it’s good quality plastic (ABS) that probably won’t break. And Kraus seems to be a real company with customer service and parts availability, so if something breaks you should be ok.Finally, it looks great. Like a classy version of the sprayer you’d use to powerwash a mountain of pans in the dungeon a of restaurant. I realize this is not everyone’s esthetic, but it works for me.

Title: Elegant and simple to use
Review: Gold and bold. The center piece of the island and looks stunning. This was a combo sale and purchased together as a set. Affordable than other websites. This faucet has a 2 flow settings. Straight and stream. No splashes and has a smooth flow. Some people complained of how the hose becomes loose. Yes, it does and all ypu do is pull it out gently and it retracts to its own. I love the coil design. Have had for months and no issues. We had a plumber install it without issues.Good quality and great design.

Title: Great faucet
Review: Love this faucet! Renovated my kitchen and this is the faucet we chose. I love how it’s on a retractable hose and the spray and stream switch are right where your hand rests when using for easier transition. The knob for hot/cold is on the side so it doesn’t interfere with anything in the sink. It’s beautiful! It also swings 180° for ease of use when getting the counter or the back of the sink wet.

Title: Nice faucet!
Review: We just bought and installed this faucet yesterday. It looks amazing and feels heavy and durable. The only part that doesn’t seem like it would be durable, is the button. Its plastic and sounds cheap when you click in on. Other than that, we are super happy with our choice.

Title: solid product backed by great customer service
Review: This is a long term review five years after buying the faucet.It looks and works great, but after 5 years the switch between jet and spray stopped automatically returning to jet after each use. Not a big problem, since the switching between modes still worked.However when checking my order for the part number so I could order spare parts to repair it I noticed it had a lifetime warranty.a couple of emails and a photograph of the batch number sticker attached to the cold water line and they send a new head which took less than a minute to install and now I have a perfect faucet once again.Next faucet I buy will certainly be another Kraus!

Review: Needed a replacement for the over expensive one that came with house – which was clogged and started having low water pressure issues after a few years.This fit the bill and arrived quickly after ordering. It looks great once installed. Quality piece.Very easy to clean with the spot free feature. Water drops don’t leave a mark and the faucet wipes clean quickly just like an ordinary faucet. I was concerned seeing the spring coil around the top of the faucet – but it just wipes cleanly with a damp sink cloth or damp sponge.The sprayer is pretty good. Light weight and does the job when needed. We have good water pressure, so have to turn it down otherwise it splashes at full open position. Which is a good thing.Took a bit to install and get the hose under the sink to run freely without snagging and kinking. Wound up wrapping some electrical tape around the spot that would bend and kink when pulling the hose sprayer all the way out when washing pots and pans. Worked great after that.Will look at ordering an extra faucet head on sale since always seem to get clogged and leaky in the future even after cleaning the sprayer pores regular. Just depends on the water hardness of the area you live in. Our should last a few years before it gets clogged since we live in a more softer water area.Very happy with this faucet.

The connection under the counter is a typical threaded plate but you needn’t worry about tightening it fully – there are 2 screws that you tighten to secure the plate – nice feature.

Review: Have had this in for close to 2 months. Can’t speak to ease of install as my plumber handled it, but was present when he put it in and there wasn’t any cursing or head scratching so… I researched a TON of kitchen faucets and it seems really hit and miss, so was nervous as this was a big spend for us, but so far this one has been great. Really nice finish (everyone who has seen it has called it sexy). Incredibly well packaged and felt heavy and of good quality right out of the box. Installed in a quartz counter – so far it’s nice and solid, no signs of looseness or movement. The pull down worked great right away (I guess my plumber got the placement of the counter-weight right); it pulls out without having to use too much force and retracts perfectly. The switch from steady stream to spray has been flawless. Nice that it switches automatically back from spray to steady stream when you turn the tap off. Love the colour – rich and warm without being too showy. One very minor thing is that our bathroom faucet is a different brand and hot is up, cold is down. On this Kraus hot is down, cold is up (yup, I double checked their nicely labelled hot and cold supply lines). So that messes with my head a bit. One other minor thing is that the arc that the handle takes to control the flow of water is quite short (our older ugly faucet had a wider arc), so it can be a little tricky to get exactly the strength of flow you are going for. Not a deal breaker, but an area that could be improved I think. A design note, which will depend entirely on the size of your sink is the “spread” from where the faucet goes through the counter to where the nozzle sits over the sink is not quite as lengthy as our old faucet, so the nozzle sits a little bit closer to the back of the sink than our old one. Handy in some circumstances (getting a big pot under it), less handy in others (washing produce without splattering a bit of the backsplash). So far very happy with it and will consider Kraus for our bathroom when we get around to renovating that.
