Review: I received a used Miko robot with another child’s data already on it (from India), which I only discovered later because this was a birthday gift for my daughter. The battery performance is terrible — it takes hours to charge and barely lasts 30 minutes. Worst part? It turns on randomly by itself, which scares my daughter and made her afraid of using it. This is completely unacceptable for a new product. I want a full return.
