Title: Polk Audio Never Disappoints – Amazing Outdoor Speakers! 🔊☀️
Review: I bought a **pair of Polk Audio Atrium 8 SDI speakers** for my **back patio expansion**, and they have been **nothing short of incredible**! The **beautiful design** blends seamlessly with my outdoor space, and they are built to withstand the elements.I paired these with a **SunFire amp**, and the **sound quality is simply awesome**—rich, clear, and powerful, even in an open outdoor environment. Mounting was **easy**, and the build quality feels **top-notch**, exactly what I expect from Polk Audio.I’ve been a **Polk Audio fan for almost 40 years**, and their **reputation for quality and durability** is well-earned. I still have an **older set in my garage that’s over 20 years old**, and they still sound fantastic—**which is exactly why I chose Polk again**!If you’re looking for **high-quality outdoor speakers** that will last, these are a no-brainer. **Highly recommend!** 🎶🔥

Title: Very good outdoor speakers. Should easily satisfy most when paired with good amplification.
Review: Very good speakers for the price. My application of these speakers was in my garage where I paired them with a Fosi V3 amplifier. Great clear sound and respectable base. They can play loud without distorting. They appear to be well made and are easy to setup. Very good overall performance with a good return for your dollar. Recommended.2-8-25Still think I made a good decision to buy this speaker. I do recommend that you buy the 48 volt power supply. It will give you the best performance in terms of power, loudness, clarity. I paired these with a Fosi V3 amplifier. A good inexpensive way to outfit your outdoor sound system.

Title: The Outdoor Standard
Review: Excellent!I have a pair of Atrium 4’s that have performed admirably for over ten years! Those were purchased and deployed pool-side at our former home. Like them so much that I took them with me to our new place.Upon moving our pool/patio area size increased substantially. The 4’s were still part of my overall plan but I wanted to increase coverage and my speaker count to four and thought a next size speaker up with a bit more bass might be in order.Over time, I ordered/tried two other, popular and well rated outdoor speakers to fit the desired need and for various reasons returned both. Quite frankly, neither sounded any better than my old 4’s. Both cost more.I then ordered some Prime Days, “used-like new” 5’s for a fantastic price ($148) and am delighted that I did😁 Third time/try was indeed the charm! Not only do they fill the space with quality/balanced tone, I now know that my outdoor sound 🎶 needs are more than satisfied for many dependable years to come! There’s a reason that this Atrium series from Polk has been the outdoor standard setter for over a decade, I should have never wandered/doubted. Lesson learned.

Title: Great outdoor speaker that lasts!
Review: Purchased these to project sound in a commercial environment for ambient parking lot music! They are exceptionally clear, have a great look and were easy to mount. For outdoor use Polk Audio is a clear choice! You can push them and expose freely to the elements with no issue. These are our third set to out to use and never an issue, years of use! They are incredibly durable! You are making the right choice with this speaker!

Title: Decent Sound for the $$$
Review: I got these as well as a pair of Atrium 5s to compare. I set both pair up with my indoor McIntosh Pre and Amp and auditioned them for a few hours. The bass on the 5s had a sort of artificial sound lacking definition. The 6s sounded really solid and reasonably flat with the Tone controls bypassed on the pre-amp. I liked the compact size of the 5s and they would have been easier to mount under the eaves on my deck to replace some worn out Mirage speakers I had that sounded great. But I was worried about the bass. The 6s are much heavier and larger and more expensive. But I think they are worth it. Once I got them installed and played a set of tunes I use for setting up speakers (Fagen / The Night Fly, etc), the reinforced bass, with them now much closer to the wall than they were inside, was a lot. Now connected to a nice Marantz Pre and Amp, I may need to cut the bass and treble 2-3db to get a flatter response. The A6 can cover a large area and deliver plenty of bass. I don’t like over the top bass and prefer a flatter audiophile EQ, and these do that easily. I think the A5s may have worked, but the character of the bass sounded odd, so I never mounted them outside to try. Even reinforced by the wall, I don’t think I would have liked them as much.Beyond that, they were fairly easy to mount – the brackets have notched detents, so they don’t spin freely, which is nice – my old Mirages used to sag after a while.Overall, the sound seems mid-range weak, bright, and a little bassy. My old Mirage speakers sounded better, but they are no longer made. That said, I think I can dial them in pretty well with the treble and bass controls on the pre-amp.

Title: Great sound. Easy to install. March colors perfectly.
Review: So glad I purchased these. Sound great in my backyard. Easy to install. White isn’t super bright so it blends in nicely. Far superior than the previous black speakers (not sure of brand) we had in terms of sound quality and aesthetic. Recommend the Atrium 6 vs Atrium 5 since these have bass ports for richer sound.

Review: I loved these speakers when I got them. I listened to music every opportunity I had.To my disappointment the tweeters stopped working and now sound dull and nasty. These speakers are rated 100 Watts. My Bluetooth amp is maxed at 75 watts with its current power supply. So can polk audio please explain why my tweeters are blown within 8 months of purchase. So much for all the research I did. I’ve never had tweeters blow on me. Now I’m trying to find replacement tweeters with no luck after searching Internet for a day.mlike how hard does this need to be.

Review: Had these speakers out on my deck under a roof. They have been going great. The front metal grills are showing some corrosion but we are about 100m from the sea, but otherwise all good.
