Title: Fantastic Customer Service and machines
Review: I rarely write product reviews but I need to do one on Inoviva Slushy Machines. We received an Inoviva Slushy Machine for our 31st anniversary. When my wife and I set it up as advised, it did not work. It would run but did not get cold. I contacted the customer service email and promptly received a response from Daisy at Inoviva. She helped us diagnose the problem and concluded that the machine was faulty and needed to be replaced. We provided her with our address and we received a replacement machine within 4 days! The new machine works great. We had frozen margaritas ready in 20 minutes! We highly recommend Inoviva Slushy Machines and the company’s superb customer service.

Title: Enjoy tasty treats fast! Use just about any drink!
Review: This slushy machine is a big hit!, especially in this hot weather. The machine is very easy to use and clean. When I first got it, the box was on its side for a few days, so I had to stand it up and let it sit upright for a few hours to let the refrigerant settle back down before operating. That said, Just about any drink can be transformed into a delicious icy treat. I have made cool aid slushy, margaritas, and just plain fruit juice icy treats. The slushy machine can turn any liquid into an icy treat in less than 20 minutes. Best to use cold liquids! I still haven’t done frappes, which is next on my list, but I am very confident it will not disappoint. The machine is very solid and well built, it weighs quite a bit. The container is plastic and so is the dispensing handle, but all very good quality.The controls are easy to use, just turn it on and select one of the functions and select start. This machine also has a cleaning mode which helps clean the container and get it ready for the next treat.My only complaint so far is that the name brand letters made of metallic tape are delaminating and are a bit sharp. I am going to have to peel them off or use a transparent tape to cover them. Other than that, me and my family will be enjoying the summer making cool treats!!

Review: Amazing product! It self-cleans, is easy to take apart with not many items to disassemble and clean when you’re ready to store it, and is quite large enough to make many drinks! No ice is required, which is really, really nice. The slushy maker can make all kinds of drinks, from kid-friendly to non-kid-friendly. It has a long enough cord to place it where you need it in the kitchen. Placing it near an outlet in my kitchen was no issue at all. It’s not too heavy disassembled, to hoist up into the top cabinet if need be, or store in the garage if you have one. It comes with a booklet for drink recipes/ideas as well. This machine is definitely worth it to beat the heat, and I’d recommend it to anyone with a family. Very convenient and functional, yet simple to operate. The texture of the machine is smooth, and the slushies come out even smoother. Set up was straightforward and easy. It consistently produces perfectly icy, flavorful slushies in a snap, and the capacity is great for entertaining. It’s simple enough for even our kiddo to operate. We’ve tried various juices and syrups, and it handles them all beautifully. Cleaning is simpler than I expected; most parts detach easily for a quick rinse. If you’re looking to elevate your home entertaining or just want to enjoy a refreshing treat on a hot day, this machine is an absolute game-changer. The machine has withstood constant use during the end of spring and most of the summer until we packaged it away for storage until our kid gets back from vacation. Worth every penny; lots of memories and smiles have come from this slushy maker in just 2 months’ time.
