Title: Powerful blender. Chews through ice with ease.
Review: Amazing blender. This blender is very powerful and has no issue chewing through ice cubes. It can be a bit noisy on higher settings, but nothing I would consider to be a problem. I would expect noise if something is powering through ice cubes like it’s nothing. I like that it has some automatic programs so that, for example, it’ll start slow to mix, then ramp up to grind/blend. Cleaning it is a breeze. You just lift out the container, which has the blade built-in, and wash it out. The lid is a silicone type material so is easy to clean as well. I’ve had it for a few months now and it seems to be very durable. I will update the review if I run into any issues.

Review: This blender does as advertised. Is a powerhouse and a work horse. Crushes ice. Makes smoothies then can go to soups. I know. It crazy but it can do it. Don’t have to worry about it jamming on items. Chews it up like a garbage disposer it’s a beast

Title: Powerful Must-have!
Review: A Vitamix is a must-have for every kitchen. It is so versatile. I like using mine with the tumbler attachment. This blender is powerful and loud. I love that it can obliterate textures. I wish this model worked with the food processor add-on. I also wish the pitcher was not plastic, but other than that it is perfect!

Title: Truly Worth The Hype
Review: Just do it. Get a Vitamix. We eat mostly plant-based, and it’s been such a game-changer for making sauces and nut butters and “nice cream” with frozen bananas. It’s also AMAZING for Indian food. We make a lot of curries and masalas that require a blender, and with our old blender, I’d have to put everything through a sieve after blending to get out things like pieces of cloves, cardamom, or chunks of ginger that weren’t fully blended. Our curries are so creamy and perfect now after going through the Vitamix that I don’t bother with the sieve anymore. The soups are incredible, too. We bought a refurbished Vitamiz, which I was a bit nervous about, but it was in perfect condition. It has become an item I love so much that I’ll replace it immediately if it ever breaks (which I doubt it will anytime soon).

Title: Total Disappointment
Review: I’ve never been more disappointed in a product. After years of hearing about how great the Vitamix is, I decided to invest in one. I was really looking forward to those thick acai bowls! I was coming from a nutribullet pro that I have used for the last few years to make acai bowls with frozen blocks. It required some coaxing but did the trick. This Vitamix requires a SIGNIFICANT amount of coaxing to get the acai bowls to blend and I wind up with a halfway melted base of acai every time. It seriously can only “try” to blend for about 4 seconds before getting stuck and I have to rework the product with the stick or by taking off and stirring product. I am adding enough liquid – it just does not meet the hype it terms of power. It SUCKS. I know I did not buy the more expensive one, but this one does not even do what my nutribullet pro was capable of at a much lower price point. This is a frustrating piece of equipment and it makes me angry I spend the extra money on it every time I use it. I am not one to write negative reviews but this warranted it. Truly regret buying this product.

Review: Rock solid performance. Truly a blending champion. The wider jug is more shelf / cabinet friendly, so bonus there. However, something to keep in mind of you are in an apartment or townhouse… this sucker is LOUD! Don’t plan on making any soup at midnight unless you want a knock on your door from your neighbour.Put on your noise canceling headphones and enjoy!

Review: I didn’t realize how crappy my other blender was until I got this. It’s so powerful. I use it for juicing. It blends hard veggies and fruits like ginger and beets with no issues.My old blenders would always have a smell like the motor was burning out.This really is worth the extra money if you blend a lot.
